Brit Hotel Essentiel Arverne - Clermont-Ferrand Sud

Excellent price & location. Very good breakfast - fresh croissants, ham, cheese, yogurt. But no eggs. Which is ok. Also great recommendation for nearby dinner and got discount for hotel stay.

Would be nice to have eggs. But for the price it is understandable.

Big comfy bed!

Everything , value for money , cleanliness ,very friendly and great location

Nothing at all , all good

Location, available car park and friendly staff

Very small room, tiny bathroom, cleanliness can be improved.

We stop here every time we drive back from southern Spain , the location is excellent , the staff very friendly , it is always very clean and it's great value for money

Easy to find and was able to ask for a ground floor room, staff were very professional and helpful

When I stayed there before the shower was very small, but this time I had a disabled shower and lots of room, but the water went everywhere, difficult to control the shower head as it wouldn’t adjust, not broken just bad design.

Place is excellent. Staff is so nice.

Air condition was working with huge noise

Air-conditioned room and handy secure carpark.

The room is a little tight to move around, which means that the room is short on space.

Good safe car parkLots of good restaurants within walking distanceVery welcoming and helpful receptionist.

It was next to the main road, but you couldn’t hear the traffic. I felt my car was safe with the closed fences.

It was what you expect from a budget Hotel. The walls are paper thin in the inside, so you could hear them but not the traffic outside. I expected that so I brought earplugs ;).

The hotel was in a great spot off the motorway, surrounded by places to eat. The room was small but had all the facilities we needed and the parking was secure at night. The staff were great and really helpful. We paid extra for breakfast and the selection was good and plentiful with good coffee too.

There was some noise from the motorway but not too disturbing

The Receptionist was utterly charming and did her utmost to accommodate our requests. We found our original room with shower unsuitable but were given an alternative room for people with reduced mobility which suited our needs far better.

The shower in the standard double room is far too small for most people

The receptionist was brilliant and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was clean and well laid out. The area has several hotels and lots of places to eat.

We have stayed here before on our way back from southern Spain , it is great value for money , always clean ,great location as near the autoroute , restaurants nearby ,safe parking , nice continental breakfast and the people are friendly

Excellent value for money. The room was clean, a nice shower, gated parking and next to the hotel is an excellent brasserie. It's also close to the high way and makes an excellent stopover. We'll certainly come again when we need a stopover.

The shower is somewhat small, but no problem for a stopover night.

We thought hat the welcome on arrival was great, the receptionist was really friendly. We only had an overnight stay but the location was just right for us as we were heading for southern Spain. There are a lot of restaurants and bars close by.

we didn't have any negatives, it was a short but good stay.

convenient location for stop over. very courteous and helpful staff. room functional very clean and comfortable. Places to eat and drink on the doorstep.
