B&B HOTEL Clermont-Ferrand Sud Aubière

Very convenient location - near main road; also excellent 'la boucherie' restaurant less than 1 minute walk. Parking flat & well monitored. Room comfortable. Water hot. Very proactive staff - emailed re forgotton items.

Room very small.

The room was functional and clean . The hotel was well situated .The breakfast was good The parking was good .

The staff were miserable and unhelpful. This was the only negative. maybe they need educating in customer care

Close to motorway. Lots of restaurant options. Clean. Friendly. Comfy bed.

Old, worn thin towels that looked like rags! Tiny rooms.

LocationRoom was clean. For a short term stay (1 or 2 days) it is good enough

The family rooms are a little bit too small. No other facilities like a fridge or something.

Check in, which was late, worked fine. Breakfast was okay and staff obliging.

Room very small for family of four.

The staff that helped me to unlock the door in midnight

- room lock not working - breakfast room not so clean- expensive for the room quality

Good

Breakfast wasn't as good as other b&b hotels, eggs were cold choice of cereal limited

Close to restaurants and motorway

Quite small rooms, worn towels

Staff were very helpful and friendly

The walls are very thin. Very noisy doors and you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms and corridor. Was kept awake by people talking and opening/closing their doors. The place needs more sound insulation.

Perfect for an overnight stop on our way from uk to Spain. Clean, comfortable and great location near plenty of restaurant options.

Location, cleanliness and staff

Shower

Close to motorway. Clean. Lots of eating options. Friendly reception. Dog friendly.

Very tiny room but fine for one night stopover.

Clean and basic

Some essential items like clothes iron were missing. Aircon in room did not work.

A great stop off for travelling between Spain and the UK

It could have used a fridge. No reception staff after 8:30

The staff is very kind and the breakfast was much better than I had expected.Secure parking lot is a plus!

The room isn’t great. I wouldn’t stay more than one night but if you’re in a pinch for somewhere to say, it’s an ok option. The price doesn’t match the quality of the room.

Lovely clean bathroom with very nice shower.

We only got one pillow each and the mattress was harder than I like

The simplicity of booking in. Lots of places in the car park. Lovely hot water for the shower.

That we were not permitted an extra pillow because I am asthmatic and need to be higher than a flat pillow. The older receptionist lady was quite rude to my husband but the younger one was nice.
