Breakfast was very good, location to.

Outside pool was very cold, maintenance on building is poor.

The property was clean, comfortable and adequate.

It wasn’t what I booked- I booked the Atlantico but was put in their other hotel.

Property is new and clean

Too far from the city, impossible to get a taxi or uber

Resort was lovely. Large room and beautiful pool and garden area.

Restaurant a bit pricy

Peniche. The staff was very friendly.

No internet available for a day because it is “broken”. Broken and dirty items in the washroom.Very uncomfortable beds.Cannot charge laptop during the day if I leave the room, zero electricity. I understand to save on AC, but why block even basic charging ports. Hotel does not allow delivery service like Uber, because it is “unsafe” !?This is “pretend” high end hotel.

Location, enough space in rooms to rest and to do some business calls

We faced with strange hotel’s booking policy. Read this comment if you’re traveling with children above 14 yo. Never choose the adult +child option if your child older then 14yo. Here is the difference between booking.com reservation policy and the hotel’s policy. When we booked the rooms the price were the same for options: “2 adults” per night or for the option “adult + child (in my case 15 years old)”. We choose adult + child (up to 17yo)As Booking.com offers you to chose the age up to 17 yo. Let me repeat again The pricing in booking.com per night are the same for these options.if you chosen “adult + child”At the reception desk in the hotel they will charge you extra money (like 11 euros per night per child). The hotel’s managers recognise this as mistake in booking and charge you extra money for 1 night per child. I raised the claim to booking, but they ignored it. Be smart and same money

Only one elevator for a 5-story building with a large number of rooms.

Only stayed for 1 night while passing by. The hotel met our needs. Was clean.

After checkout I keep getting notices about my reservation. Being asked to contact the.hotel otherwise my reservation will be cancelled. Appears to be a scam.

The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic sea view. The staff was super efficient, nice and professional. Many activities to do within and around the hotel. The New Year's buffet was excellent thank you!

A bit far away from walking distances to anything. Easily overcome with taxi or driving but limited if only walking.

The hotel is spacious and has a fresh, inviting atmosphere. It provides free parking and complimentary access to the spa. The paid breakfast is delicious, and the room is perfectly sized for two people. It features a large balcony with breathtaking ocean views.

I received a message from the hotel requesting payment outside the booking platform, even though I had already been charged by the platform. I decided to ask for clarification, and they replied that it might be some kind of spam. However, the message was sent through the hotel’s internal system, which made me feel uneasy.If you’re not a fan of kids, this might not be the place for you, as it’s very much a family-oriented hotel. I stayed with friend, and the spa area was completely filled with kids. We didn’t mind, but I noticed several guests who seemed quite frustrated by it.Additionally, there’s no limit on the number of people in the spa zone, making it extremely overcrowded. The chlorine fumes were so strong that my eyes were irritated.

Location, breakfast diversity, and abundance. Most of the staff.

The property is rundown with so much mold in the bathroom. the garbage can was completely rusted stains on the carpet in bedroom.The eggs were ice cold, and the staff seemed quite stressed.The bar man in the lobby was very rude. I only tipped him as I know that tips are collective.

Very comfortable and well situated for the beach.The staff were all very friendly and helpful with information on what to do and where to go.

The property is in need of maintenance. Looks worn out and dirty in places. Location isn't ideal. It's too far out of town unless you have a car. Overlooks an old golf course, not really alongside the beach.

Big room with ocean view and giant balcony, exellent breakfast, coffe machine in the room, pool inside with spa zone is great, good gym.

Maybe a little bit far from everything, but for a short stay or with a car it is not a problem

The hotel is getting old. The power station in the fitness room is broken, the indoor pool is not really conducive to wellness, the mosaic tiles in and around the pool are losing their shape, the surroundings are unkempt - a real shame for the hard work of the staff who“s doing a better hobby than the owners

The location is good, quite and directly at the beach.The hotel is a bit older, but clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpfull.

all was fine

The gardens and the pools. The lobby and bar area were very nice. The restaurant was wonderful, we only ate breakfast, but it was lovely. Our room and bathroom were both huge.

The bed needed a nice mattress pad on it and it would have been fantastic. Unfortunately, the mattress wasn’t at all comfortable.
