Hotel employee at the front desk was very professional, helpful and considerate. She was able to give me a room before 3pm checkin. Staff was friendly and everyone greeted me all day

Free Breakfast was okay but not great. Better to eat out locally. Front Garden was a disaster and needs a major clean up and gardener. It could become a showplace.

No water pressure and at times no water in the apartment at all. I reported it and nothing was resolved. Way too far from city center. No restaurants nearby.

The staff was accommodating when I arrived ah bit early to check in. I traveled overnight and was very tired with my daughter. I loved the view from the room I l I felt like I was at home. They catered to my needs.

The pillows was uncomfortable.There was dog poop in front of the door for two days

Our stay was uncomfortable, disappointing, and far from what was promised.

The pictures and descriptions online are completely misleading. Instead of the clean, smoke-free apartment shown, we arrived to a run-down room with scratches, dents, stained bedsheets, and pillows that smelled like sweat as if they hadn’t been washed, plus a strong cigarette odor and hair and dust on the shelves. We requested a room on the other side of the freeway but were not accommodated, and when we tried to air out the odor by opening the windows, the traffic noise was so loud we could barely hear ourselves or the TV. Despite asking for help, cleaning was delayed, the smoke odor lingered the entire stay, and even basic requests like a bathroom trash can were ignored—overall a very disappointing experience.

The room was clean and substantially larger than I expected. The kitchen had everything necessary for two persons.

Nothing worth mentioning

- Reception staff understands English- Breakfast is good- Has kitchen stove and utensils in case you want to cook- Decent and safe locality- Has a huge garden nearby

- It is considerably far from the city center for tourist locations, but metro station is just 8 mins walking- There is non stop flow of vehicles since it is situated right besides the highway but thankfully the windows block all sounds- The room lights are quite dim and can be improved for lifting up the mood

The hotel was clean, and the location was good. Breakfast was good value.

Internet was extremely slow

The shower doors don’t block the water so water can and will get everywhere

Easy, cute, affordable, close to 2 metro stations! There is a cute bistro right across the bridge and river that has an awesome charcuterie board for an authentic first night in Paris!

No bad things to say!

Nothing. It was the worst place we ever stayed in our lives

1. The room smelled like sewer. They changed us to another room, but after a few days it started smelling strong sewer. A sewer water spills out of the toilet after a while. So literal sewer comes out of it. It is disgusting and unbearable.2. It is very ugly, nothing like advertised. The photos are misleading and does not reflect reality. I honestly doubt the legitimacy of the other reviews. 3. All the staff is very unwilling to help, except for one person, who tried, but really the place is so bad that there isn't much she could do. They denied an extra towel for me. I requested it, to make it wet and put over my face, as I was having a respiratory allergy crisis due to the dust and dirt.4. The second room they put us had NO wardrobe. No drawer, nothing at all to put our clothes or belonging.5. The shower had no glass nor curtain. It soaked the entire bathroom every time we showered.6. The bed, sheets and pillows are really bad. Very uncomfortable.This experience almost ruined our trip.
