HOTEL IN PARIS

Good location, close to the subway. Very good value in overpriced Paris. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to make my experience a good one.

I had to wait a bit before my room was ready. The hotel would benefit from having a hairdryer in the room.

Location and price and being on first floor was ideal

Noisy neighbours making noise and screaming and they were making love which I could hear

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean room.

Nothing... had to find another hotel.

Despite claiming and confirming it was a wheelchair accessible hotel, it is not accessible and one of our guests had to crawl on the floor to get to the room

The staff was friendly and helpful.

We booked two rooms, they only gave us one and after confirming they only gave the other one. There was no hot water in one of our rooms, one of the windows couldn’t close and it was winter (had to ask twice to get it fixed), VERY noisy, wifi only worked the first night.

Bed was nice it was easily accessible and was cleanRoom was spacious didn't have any smells the bathroom was very clean too The AC worked perfectly

The walls were pretty thin there was electricity problems when we arrived but it got fixed first thing the morning after Water in the shower was really lukewarm and didn't have a lot of pressure and the toilets were a bit wobbly

Clean and friendly staff

No ac when I booked there cos of air conditioning and to top it off the curtains are so thin that the lights in the street lights up all the room. Therefore it was a sleepless night !

Firm mattress very nice deli near by

Broken furniture, very loud inside hotel and alarm kept going off because people opened a fire door to smoke. Police sirens constantly outside, very short bed.

The staff, they are very nice and friendly. Location is about 3 km away from Eiffel tower but because of traffic it might take you about 45 minutes drive.

No elevator. It’s hard when you have big luggages and if you are staying on the 3rd floor

It was very clean, comfortable and beautiful insideThe stuff were very friendly and helpfulI definetely recommended it.

Very helpful and sociable staff. Very clean … new towels every day and bed made. Perfect for our needs.

They were good enough to give me a full refund in cash

Everything Very unclean, stains on the bed, dirty towels, tv not working, floor sticky, very pound guests. Stuff under bed, shoe, toys. Sink blocked in bathroom, site said with car park- there was no car park

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are very kind.

The room facilities is a little bit simple

The room was fine

People doesn't speak English and they don't have parking space
