    Pros +

    • Very comfortable bedBathroom is clean and nice
    • The staff was great and helpful. The location is perfect, no more than 4 minutes from the metro. There was a supermarket near the place and different cafes.
    • Liked the hot water especially in winter but the shower space is too small.

    Cons -

    • Not too much lighting in the bedroom
    • There was a strange smell in our room, probably from the products they were cleaning with. But apart from that, everything was perfect and very clean.
    • The location of the hotel is not bad. The rooms are very small, and the shower is worse. The corridor carpets did not smell good at all. We had no wifi in the last 2 days of our stay. We had to go to the streets to take advantage of open wifi from other shops to enable us to checkin or request uber.

good location. breakfast was nice and had plenty options.

where our room was as we could hear the door but only a few times during the day.

Hotel is good, staff was excelent and location was very good near metro.

Rooms were pretty small, however it is normal for Paris even much more expensive hotels.

The hotel is very close to the metro, the staff was friendly and knew english. We had a problem with the bathroom door, it wouldn't close, and they solved it on the spot. The heating was working perfectly and the beds were comfortable.

The water pressure was quite low and also the lighting in the room was dim, i would suggest replacing some of the light bulbs with stronger ones. Besides that, one of my friends is tall and he complained about the bathroom being very tiny.

In a quiet area outside the main city centre. Easily accessible via public transport. Got a good rate for one night’s stay.Budget hotel, you get what you pay for. But bed was comfy, room was clean. Didn’t book breakfast. Room was on the small side but perfectly ok. Bathroom small but good. Friendly staff, easy check in and check out.

Nothing negative to say.If you’re looking for a bit of luxury this probably isn’t for you. But for a single night stay it’s great!

The hotel is located in a good Paris area, 5 minutes from sabway, nice personal and it’s a very good value for money.

Good hotel, comfortable and well located

there was some works being done to the facade and our room view was to the main street. The smell of paint and chemicals was so strong that it gave us a headache and we needed to keep the blinds closed because people were right outside our window. I believe the hotel shouldn't use the rooms that are directly affected by worksor at least give a heads up.

The location is very good for the metro and bus. The staff were friendly.

We had stayed here years ago and it was great. Not this time - we arrived and were given room 609 (top floor) and it was very small, no bedside table, and scaffolding all outside the window. We had requested a room at the front of the hotel when we made the booking, asked to change room and got given room 603 (top floor). The window wood frame was rotten and they had glued a floor plank to the window frame! This was not safe and we could hear the noise from outside all night. (See photos). There was building work on the roof from about 9am to 5/6pm, which was very loud. We did not sleep well. The shower door did not open fully because it hits the sink. We had 'Do not disturb' on our door but the housekeeping knocked on our door most days - frustratingly. We have contacted the hotel via Booking.com and they ignored our comments and said that the building noise was something they were suffering from too - not helpful!

When we had issues, staff proactively moved us to a different room and were very approachableReally decent location a couple of minutes walk from the MetroSome shops and cafes nearbySecond room we were in was much bigger

The initial room we were given was very small and had lots of issues with the bathroom (toilet did not flush)The first bathroom we were in was extremely small and cramped, it was difficult to open and close the shower door without opening the bathroom door first The rooms are very dated and not amazingly clean but expected for the price

    Location was good

The rooms are quite small, dated, and smell a bit like a public restroom. There is scaffolding outside of every window and constant construction during the day. Also the fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning and the receptionist didn’t know the code to reset it, so it was going for some time (there was no actual fire).

We chose this hotel regarding the event that we had in that district, but its really good location to go to Paris city. Only 20 minutes by metro, really safe and clean area. The staff was really friendly and spoke English, so I appreciate that.

construction, and the room is really tiny.

    6OlhaPosted on: 4-22-2024

I must admit that reception staff was extremely polite and friendly, ready to help with all your needs.

There was nothing "huge", but there were sa many small issues, that overall stay left negative aftertaste: we have been given not cleaned room initially (had to wait for replacement), there was only one bathroom towel and no face towels in a room. room was VERY DATED with lots of scratches and pieces of wall sliding off. Shower was tiny with dodgy doors. Bed base was uneven so we were constantly sliding towards center from sides. There was also a scaffolding just outside our room window with some sharp noises starting at about 8am... too many small unpleasant things.

The accommodation is located in a nice neighborhood, close to the metro. You can find shops and bakeries nearby. Room is enough for two people for a short stay.

There was a renovation going on at the top of the building, about which I was not informed anywhere before and they charged full price for the stay. When I first arrived, the front door was not even accessible safely. On weekdays, the workers started to work at 8 am in the morning, during which there was no chance to rest. It was generally cold in the room, although this was not so disturbing overall because the weather was nice at that time. It was maybe because of the window. When it was closed, it was as if it was open, it did not insulate almost anything from the outside noises and the curtain had strange stains, perhaps blood or jam. Would not recommend.

The neighborhood was really nice and quiet and clean. The room was simple and calm and very clean. The metro station was really close to the hotel. The personal at the reception was kind and helpful. It was really great value for money. Hakim working at the reception was really nice and welcoming.

I wish i had stayed longer but I had to travel again back home :( lol

Breakfast was good despite the absence of croissants.

Room (5th floor) was exceptionally small with scaffolding outside the window. The bathroom facilities were also exceptionally small. It was not possible to use the lavatory without opening the shower doors, and access to the shower itself was limited by the positioning of the opening. Overall the room size was very poor.
