Small rooms but fair price

The staff was very welcoming and available to attend to my needs.The hotel is well located, 5 mins walk from the metro and in a calm area of Paris.Rooms are as shown on the photos.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room.No aircon was bearable with the fan that was provided, but still it would have been nice to have the aircon as it was advertised as available when booking. The hotel did send an early notice that it had broken down.

Size of the room

Overall, it's not a terrible stay, but there are too many inconveniences to give positive feedback on the hotel. The room was very small and way too hot even with the window open. The AC did work but very little and failed to reduce the temperature of the room. I see from other comments that other guests experienced the same issue in the heat or in the cold, so it's probably an isolation issue combined with a bad AC/ heating system. The breakfast is a total disaster, I would highly recommend not booking it at all and taking yourself to a nearby café instead. The staff and location were nice, though. The metro is only a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Hotel is very cozy, area feels nice and safe and there’s plenty of shops and restaurants around. Everyone from the stuff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that would improve the stay would be a kettle in the room.

Very quiet neighborhood, carrefour next door, every morning there's a market stand with fresh fish, meat cheese. Súper helpful team on the place with water and coffee machine available almost 24h

-Room service every day-Kind and helpful staff-Acceptable paid breakfast-close to train station (10min on foot), then 20 min to the center by train-Coffee machine downstairs to get free coffee and juice during day and night-There were restaurant's closely-Towels and soap were provided

-Room too small and we could hear the neighbors-Water was leaking out of bathroom door-There was a high pitch whistle sound throughout the night in the room. Didnt bother the sleep but it was a little annoying -hotel doesn't allow leaving after check out time. If you want to stay an hour or two longer, you have to pay around 60 euros-No slippers-I think place its too expensive for what it offers

Good help and service

The bedroom was way to worm even after turning the heater off. And opening the windows were not an option due to the Christmas’s market setting in starting 6am.

The facilities, the breakfast and above all the attention of the staff ☺️❤️

The hotel was really clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming! As a female solo traveller, it felt like a really safe place to stay, which I really appreciated.

It was the only alternative available for the dates we wanted. I immediately cancelled the next 2 days booked after the unpleasant welcome on 28th Dec we had where the staff in charge informed us there was extra payment (100€) to be made and told us she could do nothing with booking and it's up to us to contact booking ourselves. It turned out to be 69€ after we helped our parents with the luggage. We were pointedly informed that the room was only for 2 people which we clearly knew. We only wanted to help our parents settled in!!!

The unpleasant staff on 3 separate occasions. It made for a very unpleasant, stressful stay that made us very angry. We were told luggage could not be stored overnight. We were looking for our parents and they just told us they didn't know and just to make sure lugagges could not be left at the hotel. Zero caring for the customers. Do your research and please book Boris V hotel just downthe road. Bigger rooms and 100% better staff. It was a 100% different experience from Ibis. Never again!

Amazing staff, great room, and amazing benefit of free juice and coffee.The location was epic aswell, with great proximity to metro etc

Not a good hotel. Location OK.

Bathroom, running water from shower, shower door poorly sealed. Poor quality towels, not enough towels, etc.Minimum service in general for the room.A three star hotel should be much much better than this one. Very disappointed.

Staffs were super good and friendly.We never been there before and was guided by them for eating place and where to buy some groceries. The rooms are very good and clean.

It kinda far from train station or nearby bus stop and the road is mostly rock. No good for suitcase.

Perfectly located in a peaceful area with picturesque old buildings, the property boasts a cozy courtyard and offers free 24-hour coffee and juice in the lobby. While the breakfasts are delicious, variety might be limited after a few days. The rooms feature large comfortable beds and are maintained with excellent cleanliness.

The room lacked space; fitting between the door and the hanger with a backpack was a squeeze, and using the desk was not an option. Also, during cleaning, the staff accidentally broke my MacBook charging cable and did not offer an apology, costing me an extra 30 euros for a replacement.

Everything was perfect, a warm welcoming from Alexandre and his team, cosy and clean room. and breakfast are always a treat!. fair selection, misses fresh and smoked salmon.

We find that the selection is fair and , the breakfast team must be consistent & welcoming in its interaction with the clients . some are not interaction at all with clients. language skill is also an issue.
