Pros +

Staff very helpful and friendly. Good location. Room comfortable. Breakfast very good.
close to a client's office
Had air conditioning! (on a 30C/80F) degree day. First room I was assigned had broken AC, and I was fairly promptly reassigned a different room. Super convenient to train stop.

Cons -

The carpet in the room (521) had a large stain and generally dirty.. All the carpet in the passage needs to be replaced or at least cleaned.
Breakfast room staff was overwhelmed and it was a very poor experience in terms of services and food availability.
First room assigned had broken AC - makes me wonder how long it had been broken, and how attentive the hotel is to broken stuff.
