Very friendly and helpful staff despite a language barrier. Bedroom was in a good state. check in/check out process very easy

A bit out of the way but we knew that when we booked.At one stage there was a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom but it went after not too long.

I love this place. It has everything you need...clean, comfy friendly and hospitable

Building is clean but a bit dated. On hot august nights ac would be nice. Screens on the windows would keep mosquitoes out.

The manager went out of his way to make me feel comfortable after he realised that I had mobility problems and that their accessibility was not great.

First of all, I searched for a property with lift only to find out that it was really not accessible as you still had to go on two flights of stairs before assessing the lift.

Breakfast was on very low level as not hot food served, no eggs not bread toaster

A warm welcome on arrival. It was well located for my business event and very reasonably priced

The pillows were very hard but having said that- did not stop me from having a good night’s sleep!

The staff is very friendly and the surroundings are nice.

At some point there was a foull smell coming through the pipes, but to be fair that only happened on day and probably wasn't the hotels fault. This being said, the air in the room could be a bit fresher

Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Parking on site is extra charge but cheaper to park on the street (the staff helped me with that). Beds are very narrow and since it's an old building no A/C, we had a very hot weather and the fan in the room wasn't enough.

It had a lovely big window that could open fully. There was lots of French tourism leaflets. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no kettle facility in the room. Breakfast was not included in the high price.

It was clean and comfy.

The reception staff was a bit rude.

Very quiet room. Friendly personnel. Pleasant location in Levallois with shops and restaurants close by. Good access to the river for a morning run.

Room was a bit warm. Shower worked fine, but a bit old style. Not so close to the metro stations as some other hotels in the area (but less expensive).

clean and good sized room for Paris

I stay here regularly and it is always a joy. The team are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is old fashioned but spotlessly clean with very comfy beds and powerful hot showers. For the money it is great value.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, there was Underground parking and it was close to amenities.

There were no drinking amenities in the room, e.g. tea and coffee and we had to pay for a breakfast which consisted of only one croissant.

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet, fairly central.

Despite the fact that the hotel was supposed to be non-smoking, it was very smoky! Could smell cigarette smoke in the lobby and in the hallways.

The staff was so kind and available 24/24, the room was clean

The sheets quality was very bad, the kind of quality that even hostels don't use. It makes you feel the heat even more. and We got winter blanket while it was one of the hottest days in summer. The pillows were very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. There was no air conditioning and it was a very hot day and night. The room had an old ventilator that makes a lot of noise once you put it on and it was not optimal because it only cause us to be sick next morning. The area of the hotel was very noisy

A pleasantly quiet neighborhood away from the crowds and noise of central Paris. The room was well sized for Parisian conditions and the bathroom as well. The metro station was within walkable distance.

Everything was clean and very comfortable, it was a good area to stay.

wifi connection it’s really bad, they need to fix it as soon as possible.Front desk staff doesn’t speak English, so communication is really difficult for no French speakers.

Family run hotel who go above and beyond to ensure comfort. Not a speck of dust could be found and can honestly say would stay at this hotel again if ever back in Paris.

Is this the most modern hotel? No, but it shouldn't detract from how clean the hotel is.
