    • Many places to eat
    • Location.
    • Location was great

    Cons -

    • No elevator, all stairs are very small and needed repair, bath room have mold, no hair dryer, stinky old toilet, stairs rails falling apart Stinky room, horrible hotel!
    • Some stuff was broken in terms of maintenance, wardrobe drawer broken and on the floor and other little details but its no big deal. For the price and location, I only wanted a bed, and a hot shower and thats exactly what I got.
    • Bed Bugs in 2 different rooms. Busted room furniture. 2 twin box springs with a full size mattress on top. Toilet tanks in both rooms leaked and ran constantly. Good thing we were there to see Paris and not the room.

    A store across the street.

It reaked of stale cigarettes. Everything about the room was depressing. I was afraid to use the toilet. Very bad. Paint peeling in the room. Outlets that looked unsafe. It was difficult to sleep.

    Only the location.

I have double charged by hotel one is for booking guarantee another is pair at property. The first charge should be released by hotel and refund me.Still I haven’t got the payment.Support is very poor and not polite stuffs.I am calling the hotel today he is answering and speaking English later dropping the phone saying sorry I don’t speak English only French I can Speak.Even don’t listen the customer about the issue.

    Yuck

The manager was rude and unpleasant. The advertisement about what the room looked like was a lie. The bathroom was filthy and had bugs and was beat up. The room was gross and smelly.I left with rashes

Location, the guy in the reception

Broken toilet on the ground floor, so I had to go to level 1, where they have the smallest toilet I’ve ever seen. You can’t stay in the room during the day – it’s too hot (no ventilation, no AC). The shower is full of moisture. And to top it off, I saw a rat running around the courtyard at night.

Malek at the front desk was an amazing human being. He helped us with a baggage mixup at the airport and was always helpful. We even saw him helping someone else repair their bicycle. A great place!

The room was fine, if a bit out of order. One of the lights didn’t work but other than that it was clean and served it’s purpose well.

Only the staff and the location were nice.

It was not clean, comfortable or safe.

Excellent location in a safe area and very near the metro station. Surrounding area has many lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and small green spaces to relax in. Very easy to get anywhere in central Paris as it is so near the Metro. Reception open 24 hours.

The room was small, dark and depressing. It was relatively clean, though and what one would expect to pay for Paris. I did not like being asked to hand in the room key every time I left.

Bad smell in the roomDirty blanketSticky wet stain on the carpet Mouse in the room scurrying around all night (mouse hole in the corner under the bed).I tried to move out and ask for a new room but they were fully booked so nowhere to move to. It really was awful.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing was satisfactory about this hotel.

Upon my arrival around 8 p.m., the establishment asked me to pay for my stay again, even though the amount had already been debited from my account (and it wasn't a pre-authorization). After an hour of confusion and with no alternative for the night, I was forced to pay in cash, amid strong suspicions of double billing. Only after that did the staff assure me that a refund would be issued. But the worst was yet to come: the room I was assigned was in a deplorable state, a far cry from the photos published on the website: tiny, dirty, unsanitary, with broken furniture, a filthy carpet, a stained mattress (forcing me to inspect it for fear of bedbugs), a moldy bathroom, a dirty toilet, an unusable shower, an unbearable odor, a defective window letting in the cold, and very thin walls (impossible to sleep). When I returned to reception, I was told that the photos on Booking.com only show double rooms, not singles like the one I had. This is misleading.Unable to find any affordable hotels in the area (all were priced from €200/night), I was forced to spend the night there, but I had to clean the room myself with hand sanitizer, as the condition was so unacceptable. I barely slept because of the noise, the cold, and the persistent odor. I left the hotel the next morning and booked another property on Hotels.com for the remaining two nights, at my own expense. The hotel promised to refund me one night, but since then, they have stopped responding to my messages or requests from Booking.com. I have lost my money, without any follow-up or goodwill gesture, despite the promises I made. The result: no refund, undignified conditions of stay, additional fees, and no assistance from the hotel. I am deeply disappointed, and I strongly advise against this property. It does not deserve to be on Booking.com.

    Very poor treatment by owner

No hot water in the shower, and no compensation for it. No intentions to fix it, they just let it pass as something normal. I stayed only one night and still regret. Contacted the owner few days after and claimed I was lying and hot water was working, even tho the receptionist checked that the hot water in the shower was indeed not working.

The hotel has some positive aspects, such as the helpful and friendly staff, always ready to assist and provide useful information. The location is also good, well-connected by public transport and convenient for reaching the main attractions in the area.

The rooms leave much to be desired: the furniture is outdated, and the overall condition is rather rundown. The bathrooms are not only small but also lack the comfort one would expect.
