- Was so satisfied with my experience. Very comfortable room, air conditioning, great bathroom. Super convenient to the train! Also has elevator!
- The Location is Great, you can find all you need: metro Louise Michel just on the right; Monoprix on front, Eric Kayser Boulangerie also, a pharmacy just in front. Franprix, Carrefour just 2 minutes walking. Normal & Spehora 6 minutes walkingStaff are helpful and friendly. A lot of restaurants and brasseries just walking distance, a very nice neighborhood.
- Clean, nice and renovated. Dunno why is it 7.1, maybe before it was, but now the hotel is looking very good. Def gonna book again
Cons -
- Rooms were not that clean. On the surface they appeared clean but there was thick dust in some areas of the room, under the bed in particular and the bathroom wasn't brilliantly clean, despite being newly renovated, like I have found long hair on the bedsheets from previous guest :( No Soundproof, thin walls, the corridor between the rooms is so tight and narrow, so u can hear everything from the other guest’s rooms specially was opening/closing their door. There's no mini fridge (i booked bcoz there is, thought I offered to pay extra to have on e in the room they didn't accept) and no kettle in the room, but u can take coffee from the breakfast room. The manager/the owner, they should make a bit effort to make this hotel deserve a 8 or 9 rating.
- The only really disappointing thing was the breakfast. Don't get me wrong, the problem was not about the content of the buffet. The selection and quality of the food was at least OK. But we had a couple of other Problems:1. On our first day, we did not enter breakfast really early, because we arrived late, but we were still within the breakfast time. I think it was about 9:30 am. But, not long after we sat down, the room cleaning staff arrived and started ironing some shirts just inside the breakfast room, about 2m away from our table, which felt quite strange.2. On our last day, we really had a horrible breakfast experience. Before going to the breakfast we were already seeing, that the woman responsible for the breakfast, sat at the reception, talking to some other staff members. As we entered the breakfast room, there was already some used dishes on several of the tables. Also there were no more clean knives, spoons and plates. And also the breakfast buffet was quite messed up, the cereals were spread all over the buffet, and there was almost no bread, baguette, croissants, cheese and ham. So we were taking our breakfast as good as possible, while observing the scene getting worse and worse. After some time the woman responsible for the breakfast returned to her workplace. As almost everything was out of stock, some other guest complained to her, to which she only responded with some very unfriendly sound. After that, she entered kitchen next to the breakfast room and hid inside it while watching the hotel guests through a small window in the door instead of refilling and cleaning up the buffet. What a horrible and really strange experience!
- construction going on,breakfast very poor, no new shampoo next day, heating not working

this is my second time i love ithe cosy neighborhood.there is a metro station, bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants next to it.i will definitely come back and will also suggest to my friends.
The room was quite nice, and also quite clean. Some of the Hotel Staff Members were also pretty nice. The location of the Hotel is perfect if you plan to explore the city by the public transportation, because the Metro Station Louise Michel is right around the corner.

Reception team, location to Espace Champerret Hall, and an exceptional value:)
Very poor
construction going on,breakfast very poor, no new shampoo next day, heating not working
Close to train
Not cleanDid not clean the room even we stayed 4 nights Dust everywhere
Nice and close to metro, very basic place for us to be with shops around town. Not too busy
Room size a bit small, very basic breakfast no hot food avail eg eggs.Nota single TV in English
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Comfy bed. Nice big window. Great wifi.
Room had a smoke smell. Hot water seemed limited. Thin walls.
Everything was excellent in the hotel . Special kudos to Florian who was extremely helpful. He helped us with the metro maps, tourist attractions and all other necessary information.
The location was good and in a strategic position.
The facility was old and the room was dusty. The breakfast was very generic and with low quality products.
I loved the inner garden and the book corner, the staff were very amiable and helpful, and the position right near a metro station is convenient. The size of the room is decent, and the bed comfortable.
The room lacks a fridge or minibar, and there were spider webs on the ceiling in the room and in the bathroom.
The local was good. The staff were friendly. We liked the breakfast.
Amenities were not working properly. The TV wasn't working properly. The hairdryer was not working. As with Parisian hotels, the space is little congested for a group of 3 persons.
Great location, friendly staff and clean room.
Our room was behind the lift shaft, so we could hear the lift but one got used to it.
Hotel is located close to the metro. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and ready to help you with any questions. Clean room, spacious bathroom.
The extra bed was oddly shaped and unstable. The shower tap was broken, so showering was challenging.
Good location. Hotel was ok. Room a bit small. We miss a kettle and mug in the room. Overall I like my stay there.
Room was too small
Very good location, really close to metro station, good breakfast, friendly personal, comfortable beds, the room was cozy.
There was hair from previous guests in the shower. The water in the shower was just hot, it was not possible to turn on cold water.
It was clean but wasn't as good as the pictures made out.
The breakfast was awful. Food looked bad, left out and no cutlery. Just had a croissant
Nice hotel, very nice staff, decent breakfast and very well located next to the metro. Beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. Really nice restaurants nearby.
The walls are paper thin - I could hear coughing and snoring of my neighbors in the night. The carpet in the hallways were stained leaving a very bad first impression (although the beds and bathrooms were spotless!).
