    • The staff! All smiles and plenty of attention.
    • - 5 minutes from the metro station.- Quiet residential neighborhood.- Super helpful staff, notably Jesse.
    • Friendly staff, great breakfast and lovely location with good access to central Paris

    Cons -

    • - some metro stations were closed which was a problem because the hotel’s location had access to only one metro line.- below average breakfast.
    • Very Small room.Poor quality breakfast -dry scrambled eggs, Limited choice and expensive.
    • I paid full amount via bank card online (not the credit card) but I was told it was not paid. I shared transaction details from my bank via email. I don’t know why booking did not process the payment but it was only bad thing about the stay.

Reception staff were very helpful and nice. Also restaurant staff were kind and friendly. I was able to find parking at the front of the hotel (w/daily rates). Hotel is dog friendly, one of the most important things to choose for. Cleanliness is very good.

Neighbours a bit noisy ( but it’s not the fault of the hotel ) . Excellent apart from that noise at 1am

Location is good, pretty close to my work.

Breakfast spread was very small and mostly dry, not worth e19 that was charged. Also, despite me marking do not disturb my room while I was away, they came in 2 days and organized the room. I didn't lock the suitcase as I had mentioned do not disturb, expected them to follow the sign. Breakfast spread was very small and mostly dry, not worth e19 that was charged.

Room was OK and quiet, elevator worked well, good location for my business trip. Good decent room.

View was directly in another room so curtains needed to be closed. Waterboiler was in the room but cups didn't get washed. Very thin towels so needed to be changed every day.

Location, good for the purpose of the trip

No restaurant- no possible to have dinner; being Sunday, it was challenging to find a place in that region

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very good location.

Nice staff, clean, good and various breakfast.

The room was small, the balcony was very close to another part of the building, so no view at all, only close view to other rooms

Located in beauty neighbourhood. Very comfortable. Great breakfast.

Wish we’d booked a room with a balcony, but our room was still very comfortable

The Staff, the cleanliness of the room, the kettle and tea/coffee in the room. The water fontain at the reception. The location was also good, at a walking distance from our client's offices.

The room a little narrow, little space between the bed and the walls but it is often the case in Paris.

Surrounding area was lovely. Metro, restaurants and the river within walking distance. We received half a bottle of champagne on arrival.

Very over priced for what we got. We had to move room because the bathroom door didn’t shut. We had to ask for the complimentary drinks and toilet paper to be refilled. The design of the shower meant the bathroom floor flooded and the room carpet was always soggy. Breakfast was poor. The cooked elements were left in the pans, looked dry, old and had flies around them

I really liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated the possibility of getting some cooled water and ice down at the lobby, as well as some free coffee. After check out, they stored my luggage until I returned a few hours later and went to the airport.

I was visiting during the Olympic Games, so the price was quite high.

    Poor

No aircon in my first room so had to ask for another. It was 45 mins, late at night before this happened though

    10EnaPosted on: 6-2-2024

Easy to access, excellent interaction with the staff, everything you might need was available in the room

Good location, outside of the Peripherie, but close to the metro

Hotel claimed parking on site, but there was none. Finding alternate parking is difficult and expensive in Paris, so that was a major disappointment. Staff was not very helpful nor accomodating to resolve the misinformation issue. Breakfast has poor price/quality ratio.

Nothing particularly stands out in memory. Well, there was a decently high mattress, so sleeping was comfortable. The location is okay, about a 10-minute walk to the bus stop and the metro. However, it's quite far from the city center. It takes about 40 minutes by bus to get to Trocadéro. There are grocery stores and cafes nearby.

The check-in was delayed by an hour, and the rooms weren't ready by noon. The breakfast was very meager for the price. No omelets or scrambled eggs. You had to boil the eggs yourself. There's a machine where you put the egg in, set the time, and spend your own time waiting for it to cook. It's the first time I've seen something like this. The orange juice was also self-served. You peel the oranges and spend 10 minutes using a semi-automatic juicer to squeeze yourself a glass. The coffee wasn't tasty. In short, the breakfast rated a solid three out of ten. There was also a misunderstanding regarding payment upon check-in and check-out. Booking.com apparently doesn't display the correct price (be more careful with this). This is also the first time I've encountered this. Upon check-in, it turned out that Booking.com had not correctly calculated city taxes, and upon check-out, they told me that one of the rooms I booked was more expensive than what I paid, so I had to pay an additional €60. I don't understand why the customer is involved in this. The hotel should sort this out directly with Booking.com, not burden the guest with these questions. Although the manager resolved the issue, the feeling of dissatisfaction remained.
