The staff was kind and helpful from front desk to housekeeping.

The only bad thing is the AC in room did not work. In July it was brutal. Could not sleep much and almost switched to a different hotel but it was more work. I believe a lot of hotels in the area did not have ac as well. Maybe normal in France!

front desk employee was very professional and nice, breakfast is only 6 Euros and well worth it, and as for restaurant around, you have Courtepaille quite around it and the hotel Mercure close to it that has a restaurant.

The sheets were stained, the drain for the shower was not working properly causing water to overflow, the toilet was running all night, the stench of cigarettes and musty air filled the entire floor and room. Finally the hotel staff/cleaner continually knocked on my door from 10:30 am every 30 minutes until 12pm to rush me to check out. Yet the checkout was not until 12 pm.

The breakfast

The fact that there is a self check in machine that is available from morning to noon, without any real assistance and the machine is lagging I had to pay twice the fees 6,50€, then the house keeping services were literally harassing us from 9:30 am to check out while the check out was at 12 they kept knocking at the door several times while I put do not disturb on the door, there was no air conditioning, half of the sockets fromThe facilities weren’t working

Automated check-in system works flawlessly. Breakfast is good and abundant. Room is quiet if the window is kept closed.

There is no A/C, and it was hot!The comforter, which I had to take out of its cover because of the heat, was horribly soiled.

Location

No air conditioner, it was very hot. We can't even sleep well. Bad smell in the room, I think it's come from the bathroom plumbing. Breakfast start at 7:30am we went at 8:00am and there were no more scrambled eggs left. It's the first time in my life that I take the time to write this type of review, but it was very disappointing.

Easy check in. Quiet, clean, comfy beds. McDs 1 min walk.

It is a good 2 star hotel. You get exactly what you paid for!

Although the room was quite clean, it felt quite depressing/empty regarding decoration.

It's a typical low budget airport hotel. As expected, no luxury. Still, the room provided the conditions for a good night sleep.

The reception desk closes at night, meaning that you need to use an access code to enter the facilities. The problem is when the 'machine' doesn't work (as it was the case with us). Nevertheless, to be fair, the 'human factor' did swiftly solve the access problem.

I didn't like in the room is not even small packet tea or coffee. The bed was comfortable

The property is right next to a 24hr night club, I didn't sleep at all bc the sound

It was difficult to find, even my Uber driver couldn't find it. Thin wall you hear everything. Stayed just one night bc it's close to the airport, as we had an early flight. But didn't sleep at all bc of the noise from the club next door.

Very good over all..good value for money..excellent staff.

Good location near 9rly airport with a bus direct to the airport from a near by bus stop

Bit pricey

It was a great experience. The hotel is a little bit expensive, but it is kind of the same price as others. It's quiet and good localisation
