Hilton Garden Inn Paris Orly Airport

Big room & bathroom, clean , or port shuttle right next to hotel and 5 minutes ride to the air port

While everything else was OK, we were very disappointed that the desk clerk on the evening we checked in advised us NOT to use the shuttle service (one of the reasons we chose this hotel). He said we'd need to walk very far and that the shuttle wasn't reliable. He said he'd arrange for a cab to pick us up at 10:30 the next morning. Cab came on time and driver knew our room number. We got in. En route we noticed there was no meter. The ride took about 4 minutes. Upon arrival the driver told us the fare was 20 Euros. We were shocked because cab fare from Gare Austerlitz to the hotel (about a 35 minute ride) had been 31 Euros on a meter. He said we had to pay a "Legal" minimum of 15 Euros per ride. We knew this was not the case. We paid him the 15 Euros, but want to let the hotel know that someone ils running a scam at the desk.

This is a basic-level Hilton hotel, good for a one-night stay near the airport. Late/early checking at the 24-hour desk. Everything is good: the bed, the bathroom, and the room's cleanliness.

Stayed for one night near Orly Airport between flights. You can easily get there by tram #7 — it takes around 15 minutes (ticket available in the Paris transport app). On the way back, I used the hotel shuttle bus — quick and convenient.I asked for a quiet room and got one ? However, the windows are sealed shut, so there’s no way to get fresh air.The room was fresh and modern, everything looked quite new. The Android TV is a nice touch — you can log into your YouTube account or even install apps ?There’s no coffee machine in the room, but in the lobby there’s a big self-service coffee machine available for free ☕️ — a nice bonus!There was some confusion with payment: Booking.com showed the room as prepaid, but the hotel still charged a deposit and later processed the payment directly ? Just something to be aware of.?‍♂️ If you want a run or walk, there’s a small park and rural trails around 1 km away — great for a quick stretch or peaceful walk.

Management needs to be more attentive to signage in the Orly terminals regarding where to catch the bus to the hotel. The name Hilton was just absent and because Orly, like all airports, is under construction no one knew where to find the bus. I spent one hour trying to find the bus stop I needed. Please fix this problem.

There was no hot water for 3 days. And they didn’t fix the problem during this time.

Hot water problem

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and there was no hot water. I contacted the reception twice and they said they would send someone to fix it but no one came. When I was leaving the hotel I complained about this and they said the whole hotel had the same problem. It is not my problem that there is no hot water in the whole hotel. Of course I also pay to be able to take a shower with hot water. Who would want to stay in a hotel without hot showers? I can't believe I had this problem for 3 nights in such a famous hotel.

Very close to orly airport, included breakfast was a plus . Free shuttle to Orly makes it easy

The silence in the bedrooms. The space and facilities in the bedroom. The temperature in the rooms.Convenient, secure on site parking.Security of the whole hotel was good. I felt safe.

The rooms are quiet, very well sound proof. It is conveniently located near the Paris Orly airport. Around 7 minutes by car ride. Good place for a night stopover before early morning flight out.

A little bit inconvenient due to location, car rent is the best transportation. But the price is cheap. Food is perfect. We ordered crème brulee, pasta, steak, and hamburger. And it is comfortable. We had wonderful experience.

Excelled property location is great very close to the tram station which will take you to city via Metro or RER easy to figure that out. Located close to Orly airport and there is free Bus to and from the airport very close to the hotel.Area very nice and has decent restaurant's,cafe and supermarket nearby. Rooms are well maintained and so is whole property. Staff are good courteous.

Not having international power outlets in the room! I wanted to charge my computer and join meeting hélas. If traveling from US better have a traveler power adapter!
