Great hotel, and breakfast, spacious rooms and friendly staff :)

A fabulous hotel, great location, everything you need and more. Boot room is so convenient and you literally step out on to the snow and start your run to the chair. Really comfortable bed and all amenities you need in the room.Great breakfast, lovely bar and outdoor terrace. Lovely spa with outdoor hot tub and sauna…perfect post ski relaxation.Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff who make your stay easy. A special mention to Charlene who was super helpful and kind …much appreciated as a solo traveller ?

Excellent service from staff. Really friendly and serviceminded. Recommendations for restaurants were awesome. Bar is awesome.

The hotel was incredible!! Fabulous location with breathtaking views and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind - especially the concierge. He went out of his way to prepare a breakfast for us to take when we had a very early checkout. We loved the amazing restaurants and buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed the spa treatments.

I can’t think of anything we were unhappy about - it exceeded our expectations.

The location is good for intermediate skiers.

We paid for half board but it took over two hours for our meal to arrive in the first night.

Small rooms, average breakfast, way over priced - poor value for money

The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the rooms are cozy and very nice.

However, the cleaning was disappointing—dirty coffee cups were not removed, and we had to repeatedly request essentials like toilet paper, coffee, and other items.The breakfast did not meet our expectations.

A hotel with no room service- limited food drink much of the time outside meals. Staff were correct but not overly attentive. Is not offer of help with bags up/down etc

At Breakfast there was no welcome by staff. Could be improved, so you know where the food was. Some of the got food was cold.No balcony in roomTransport for guests should be easier from the parking area.

Beautiful hotel with very funky decor and lovely helpful staff. Fantastic location.

Loved the decor of the hotel, glad we booked a Club room for space in the room, bathrooms spacious and beds super comfy with room cleaned every day. Easy to adjust heating, bathroom so warm no need to heat room itself. Bar was very welcoming and a nice place to re group after a hard days skiing.

Missed not having a balcony as every other accommodation we have stayed at in Avoriaz had one both hotels and Apartments. Spa a bit disappointing as very limited with some facilities out of order although hot tub a great end to the day. Would be nice to have a snack menus available at the bar to accompany drinks. Breakfast was a bit uninspiring and often run out of items but there was a reasonable selection. The ski room wasn't heated and no lockers so we took our boots up to room or they were still wet in the morning - I believe it was temporary due to fire damage but this should have been communicated to us and maybe some sort of compensation as it was a real pain at the beginning and end of the day.

Breakfast, Good and tasteful. Not a big buffet but all the minimum is there. The restaurant manager and his staff are very welcoming all guests and make us feel comfortable and always willing to answer your needs and make sure that your restaurants experience is great, very professional!Ski storage, very convenient

- Room Service: We didn't like the lack of room service at all, making it almost impossible to order a meal or drinks to your room. The mini bar is not sufficiently stocked, we often drank tap water because we sometimes found ourselves without water, and room service is not operational. The staff makes you understand that they want to service you but it is not a service that is taken for granted.- Departure Waiting time, too long waiting time for the transportation to drive you back at the Avoriaz entrance. We waited outside the hotel for 45 minutes in the snow with our luggages (you are not allowed to wait in the hotel, the transport company drives you only if you are waiting outside the hotel!). Guests are complaining a lot about it and some even could miss their flight because of this. the hotel disclaims all responsibility and this does not seem correct to us at all. The hotel should have an agreement and reliable transportation.Despite all these, we will come back hoping that those issues will be addressed and solved

The spa is nice

Very dated (room, common areas). The ski room without lockers is totally unacceptable. Attitude of the staff was poor.

Very stylish, liked the bar area, staff were very friendly and helpful and the dinner in Les enfants terribles was amazing

The ski boot room was awful - very dark, the boot warmer racks were out of use so it was completely overcrowded. The pillows were a bit hard..

Fire alarm at 1am due to issue in boot room, now nearly 4am in the morning and still sitting across the road in bowling alley waiting for green light to go back to our room, do not expect to be paying anything for tonight’s stay!!!!

Great location, great rooms. On the pricey side for me. Breakfast was OK.

Language barrier was bad. Menu only in French no English. Reception staff not on reception on the morning we needed them to contact the shuttle of leaving waiting over an hour which ment we was close to missing our taxi to airport.

Location, views, car free. Good activities nearby. Everything available in one space.

Hotel is becoming tired. Prefer no use of single use plastics.
