ibis budget Thonon Les Bains

The staff was friendly and the location is amazingly great.

Some of the bowls and utensils in which breakfast was served were not clean. There were also issues with the hours advertised for the bar and restaurant being different than on the pamphlets. Also there are no safes in the rooms. The hotel needs a fresh coat of paint.

Clean and newVery good Breakfast 5 min drive or 20 min walk to downtown

Room was suitable, but a light didn't work and there was some music playing somewhere else in the hotel almost all night.

Loud & sketchy parking situation.

Clean, easy, open space to pack

No warm food at breakfast… bacon ?

Location is good and Ibis is always good value for money. Airconditionning was a condition for choosing this hotel during this hot period.

Suprisingly, some sheets were unchanged and/or soiled. Probably due to the strong turnover rate of people coming in and out. Nonetheless, this should not happen.

Larger room than some in Ibis budgets. Exactly as described. Nice outlook over playing fields. Some parking at no cost outside hotel. Reasonably priced.

Situated a little way out of the centre of Thonon-Les-Bains and from the lake

Room was clean and beds where okay. For one night it was good enough. If staff would be friendly and helpfull it would be just fine for one night.

We arrived late and where told we could park on their parking lot. Once parked one of the reception people told us we had to move the car again. When asked where can we park the answer was no idea. Unfriendly and unhelpfull staff. I also had sent them a message with a question, three weeks later still waiting for an answer.

Thonon. Les Bains is a very good base for ski trips and visits to beautiful towns on the lake of Geneva.Ibis Styles and budget are newly gerestyled and everything looks fresh and new.

Price is really good. Worth it. Parking nearby.

Non sound proof. Poor breakfast.

The staff were super friendly and helpful

Everything, the room was tiny for four of us it was dirty we didn't stay we left.

We requested for a large room and got a 3 persons room. The breakfast is quite value for money, the spread is quite nice and there's plenty of seats during the morning hour.

I didn't like that there were not many power plugs to charge my laptop/phone. It was quite inconvenient. The toilet is quite cramped but for the price you are paying all in all it's fine.

Very good

very poor breakfast, does not match its price, no hair dryer in the room

- Good value for money stay for an overnight- Secure parking for motorcycles as well. - Rooms covered all the basics needs and are clean

- A bit of a walk from the town centre. For a day, that's fine but could be an issue heading to town everyday.- Rooms are a bit small, not a problem if solo.

Downtown proximityGood breakfast

The bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling. The room smelled musty. Cleaning overall wasn't the best. Reception staff not consistent with breakfast payment procedure.

There was nothing we liked about this hotel.

No floor space for your suitcases in the room because the rooms are so small. No wardrobe. Really bad quality towels that are not big enough. The cushions are also cheap quality. The elevator takes too long and feels like a hospital elevator from the 80's. The hotel is not in a very safe looking area. Understand that it's a budget hotel but there were many unnecessary cost savings here.

Hotel parking on site, easy check in. Helpful staff. Stored our bikes in a locked area. Rooms snug but had all facilities.

Room was dark, even with the lights on.Restaurant on site which we choose for its convenient location was hopelessly understaffed. The young untrained staff were overwhelmed and tried their hardest, the meals all came out together and were delicious but it was disappointing to see.

Clean, quiet with a nice lounge area to relax in. Staff very helpful.

Nil specific. As with most budget places they’re often located in an average part of town

Very good and clean hotel with ample free parking

Room was tiny

it’s too budget with 100€ + pricing…

very limited space around sink in the bathroom. Nowhere to put toiletry, no hooks, there’s space but no bathroom furniture.

In the centre of city. With parking for motorcycles.

Minimalistic space.
