Hotel Jungfraublick

Breakfast was fantastic, as was the room. Very friendly staff. Internet worked great.

The view was great but there is a building in front of the hotel that obstructs the view down into the valley.

View and location

Staff is extremely kind and accommodating to needs. Breakfast and location is great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Wengen

Nothing I can flaw

Located close to the train and ski lifts. View is amazing. Staff is helpful. Free breakfast is reasonably good.

Perfect views in nice new and clean hotel.

A little uphill but worth the effort and they offer a lift too, if needed.

Wengen is beautiful and you get great views from the hotel! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I also really enjoyed all of the breakfast options each morning!

The hotel is up a hill from the train station so be prepared to do some walking! They will pick up your bags if you call from the station.

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and a beautiful view. I loved everything about this hotel and the town of Wengen.

Exceptional view of the mountains - great service and good breakfast.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but not many of the hotels in the area are luxury hotels.

Get the soup!!!! Fabulous view.

Uphill climb but the view!

Very nice crew, always helpful and made us feel at home. The lobby was filled with activities - games for adults and children.They give you a ride from the train and to the train - Use it!The view is amazing!

Staff was fantastic- Maresa at reception, John, Nathalie and Noy were wonderful. They all made me feel so comfortable, the room was great, the views incredible.

Location, outdoor seating, restaurant, lounge area, and staff were all outstanding! We especially appreciated free lockers for luggage after checkout on-site.

Much like Switzerland as a whole, it was not cheap. We were not thrilled for having to pay an extra 50 CHF for a second guest in the same room - making the original price of the booking misleading. The room was also very cramped for the money.

Beautiful view from our balcony. I glad we were able to catch the cheese festival in Wengen! Staff were marvelous and the porters were helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok. Wish that there was more selection liked scrambled eggs and sausage

Excellent staff, including front desk, dining, shuttle service. Spectacular views, pleasant location, comfortable public seating areas.Comfortable room with storage on each side of bed for each user. Nice dining room and outside terrace.

Only one complaint. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

The room promised a view of the mountains and it didn't disappoint. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to at all times. The option of having a shuttle carry your luggage up and down the hill was a life-saver.

A bit pricey but you kinda understand it once you have a good look at your surroundings.

The view from the entrance/ communal balconies were amazing!! The hotel staff was vey helpful, I got a scary bug in my room and they were able to come and kill it for me. They also were helpful in providing guidance for which hikes to take and telling about the webcams. The breakfast was also tasty, Wengen was a nice place to stay.

Perfect location and very comfortable and cozy accommodation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to many good restaurants and shops.
