Not a thing
The staff was friendly. The hotel was quite and had a balcony with a great view even though it overlooked the train station.
No A/C but it cooled off (July) nicely at night. Check in time was supposed to be 2 pm. We arrived at 3:30 pm and was told it would be 1.5 hours before the room was ready. We were told the check out was noon. We arrived at 11:45 and was told it was 10:45.
It's right outside Murren station, friendly staff and clean.
The heating was on full blast, couldn't sleep at night.
Hotel employee was the most amazing host! She made us feel right at home!
Anywhere in Murren is beautiful!
