Beautiful place to stay liked everything in the town close to everything

The service was impeccable. Great staff - very friendly and attentive. The rooms were also beautiful.

My room being in a separate building to the spa. It would have been fine in summer but not in -10 degrees. It would also be great if the pool was warmer, especially given the weather was freezing.

We had a beautiful stay at the Grand Hotel Belvedere. The team kindly picked us up from the train station and dropped us for our return trip. The room had a stunning view of Jungfrau and was a beautiful outlook in a very quiet but central area. The spa was a very welcome and beautifully designed space that really added to our stay, making it ultra-relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot foods, pastries and fresh yogurts and museli etc, the restaurant and bar food were also very delicious.Can't fault the staff or the facilities at all, we had a wonderful time and all the staff were so friendly and eager to help with suggestions for activities. This was the perfect way to end our overseas trip before heading back home, relaxed and refreshed! We'll definitely be returning here in the future, and will be looking at staying at other Beaumier Hotels in the future!

Generally the price was quite high for food and drinks (higher than other places in Switzerland), but we can't fault the quality at all - everything was delicious.One evening during our stay we had booked dinner in the restaurant while a large group had an event on and was quite noisy, ruining the ambiance of the dining room. Though, the staff were very accomodating and allowed us to dine in the bar instead which was a much nicer atmosphere away from the crowd.

We really enjoyed the brutalist style pool, the view from the pool and the room were fantastic, and staff were very friendly.

The only problem we had was the lack of AC, as opening the window isn’t really possible due to the church bell ringing every hour all night.

Everything was to our complete satisfaction. The view from the room was gorgeous, all requests were promptly answered, the staff is very friendly and responsive, food was fresh and delicious

Breakfast was great with freshly squeezed juice options and everything else. Ronny was really helpful for pick and drop to the station. Entire staff was very helpful over all.

Room sizes for the price point were not so good compared to other properties in the region.

Stunning views, great location, unreal breakfast, comfy bed (though very warm in the room).

We were excited about using the cold plunge, however it wasn't finished. Likewise, it feels like half of the facilities are still being built, and there's no communication about this from the property beforehand. The sauna is finished, but it's been built so poorly that there's a giant gap in the door, so it doesn't get hot at all. The gym is absolutely tiny and a huge squeeze with 4 people in the room.

Stunning views of the Jungfrau. Beautiful rooms and well designed quality fitments making the room very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Spa was wonderful and the lounge areas were very comfortable to spend time relaxing and a great selection of books to pass the time reading. Fabulous location. will definitely return to this hotel.

I couldn't name one thing that i didn't like about the hotel or the stay.

noise of construction outside, could not even open the window. Did not refund 1 day of stay as promised. The propertry for that price per night should be more customer friendly.

Loved everything! The scenery from the terrace is breathtaking and sitting out on the terrace with their signature spritz was beyond all my expectations. The staff were amazing and so friendly.

The view from our window wasn’t the best view and next to a road where people were loud at times. That would be my only comment.

Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley below. The hotel’s woodwork and decor were beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities one would need. The staff were incredibly nice and shared information about the area as well as themselves. Several spoke Spanish which was nice for my wife and I.

It was extremely well located with breathtaking views and the staff makes you feel like family!

The only minor point is the carpet flooring in the rooms.

The staff were just amazing, friendly, kind, responsive, sincere. Everything was 5 star opulence. Breakfast was local, fresh, thoughtful, delicious.

The pools and spa are not completed yet but we were able to use another hotel’s facilities.

My recent stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted with genuine warmth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities (like high-speed Wi-Fi, a modern bathroom, and a well-stocked minibar) made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from my window was stunning! I also loved the hotel’s facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit！

Amazing hospitality from the staff and great view from hotel. Breakfast spread was excellent. People were helpful right from station pick up to check out.

Where do I even start, everything about the Grand Hotel Belvedere was perfection!! From the minute we arrived, we felt instantly welcome. We were greeted by very friendly staff and treated to a delicious welcome drink in the lounge. We then realised my husband had left his backpack on the train which had lots of valuables in it. The staff immediately contacted the train station and located the backpack and arranged for a staff member to collect it for us (thank goodness for the honest Swiss person who handed it in). With the crisis averted we settled into our beautiful hotel room and headed out to explore Wengen, but not before taking a moment to enjoy the breathtaking view from our balcony! We have travelled a lot and I don’t think I have ever experienced a hotel with staff like this. They made us feel like they were genuinely excited for us to be there and every encounter with every single staff member was a delight. They were helpful, happy, enthusiastic and so friendly. They also made our children feel very welcome and made an effort to engage with them. The rooms and bathrooms are absolutely divine. As an interior designer myself I was in awe of the design of the rooms and common spaces, the bar, restaurant and lounge were as beautiful as the rooms. The buffet breakfast was delicious and our dinner in the restaurant was also incredible. We absolutely loved Wengen and our experience at the Belvedere made our stay all the more enjoyable. This hotel and the staff are very special, thank you for going out of your way to make our stay so memorable, we will be back for sure.
