Hotel Wengener Hof

Every things during our stay was awesome ,, only little thing the location of wengen can not be reached by car , you have to take the train up to 1200 m up on the mountain but still wonderful .

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and the dinner restaurant was great!

Needed more staff for arrival assistance. Needs better laundry amenities. Not great views because of train station.

the spectacular view, the room (largest room with balconyon top floor), friendly staff, good food and rich breakfast buffet.

Free access to the SPA in neighbour hotel was great.

- Breakfast logistics was not working 100% - Some ”noisy fight” was coming from kitchen. But still excellent:Prosecco, Croissant, etc..,

My single room was so big. i took Jungfraujoch view room. it was worth every penny. i spent all my evening drinking in my balcony with the view. totally loved it. Breakfast was also amazing... so much variety.

i had to call the reception for basic facility like toothbrush, body lotion. etc. they were kind enough to immediately provide me but i expect that to be done as part of daily housekeeping.

Very good breakfast and dinner, very friedly serviceOld fashioned style in positive sense

Air-conditioning missng, and mattress could have been harder.

the exceptional view, the flowers, and the beautiful breakfast room and buffet

All staff, service, location and pick up from station were excellent, thank you!

Amazing 5 Star experience!! The hotel is beautiful, the staff were incredible and the rooms were very comfortable. Dinner is a MUST here. The food was fantastic and the wine list is unbelievable. Truly a gem in the Alps. I will definitely be back.

Excellent service, excellent meals, clean, fantastic location. Everything was amazing.

Washing and drying facilities for clothes.

Great location, very quiet but only a few minutes walk from the main street. The restaurant and food are fantastic and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The family room, with two beds in the lounge area and a separate double bedroom, was very spacious and perfect for our family group.

The only minor issue was the lack of air-conditioning in the rooms, although opening the windows open kept everything cool enough at night.

An excellent hotel! Clean room, beautiful view of Jungfrau from the balcony. The breakfast is also tasty. About 5 min wa

No electronic fans

Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. The balcony gives a wonderful view of the mountain.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff at the hotel were very `````````````````````````````````````Location of hotel is about 7 minutes from the train station. Excellent view of Jungfrau.

Mosquito net for windows to prevent insect from entering the rooms.Wooden flooring instead of carpet to prevent dust mites.A little more variety in breakfast.

The location is amazing! is one of the most beautiful places i have been

It gets very hot in summer and they don’t have air conditioning in the rooms so at night gets quite hot

Location at quiet end of village . Transport offered to and from train. Breakfast excellent . All staff friendly and very professional in their approach.nothing too much trouble.

team of restaurant supported every neal for us. as we are very old, we can not eat regular dish completely. so i asked thatwe want share the course for only one. but restaurant accepted our request and I and my wife could enjoy nic.e and delicious food comfortably every nights. it was our unforgettable experience. thank you everybody of Wengener Hof!

The view was awsome. Breakfast great. Staff very friendly. Hotel was perfectly located for hiking trips.

Excellent staff. Super friendly and professional.

The design and furniture is stuck in the 50s or 60s, with the decor being in dire need of an update. Parts of the furniture are also quite old, e.g. the mattress of our bed was very soft and probably quite old.
