Pros +
- The staff could not have been more warm and helpful. Everyone was kind and hospitable. The location in Sandton was the very best part of the city. Spacious room and bath, great view, very secure.

Cons -
- I wouldn't call this a 4 or 5-star hotel. It's not quite up to the Radisson chain brand standards due to the impact of Covid. However, the price, comfortability and very warm and accommodating staff earn a strong recommendation. I'll be back.
- It shows there¿s a shuttle, but when I contacted them I ended up with a private car service bill. I think ¿shuttle service¿ should be removed from their profile.
