The bathroom shower have some tiles broken looks they have it for a quite of time.

The hotel was close to where my family was. It was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful when asked. The pool was clean. I would return because the price was good and I don't stay in my room.

The shower had very little pressure and partial trickle. It was a good thing that I'm not a large person. Only one faucet on the sink worked and that was tricky. The TV and cable wasn't connected . I had to get it connected. The TV channels were limited.

Location, room size and cleanliness.

Hearing everything that goes on in the hallways from inside the room. Specially in the AM when the staff start working.

The housekeeper i ask a question and she so rude i understand was time to go,but is just a question. The pool is not clean everyday.Stores are farway, nothing close. Nothing.

In Kitchen Cabinets have roaches and Cabinets not clean.They said to bring my own utensils for cook and is dirty utensils,cook pan in. When i got there the kitchen was flood of water because in the closet are a broke washer machine and liquing the go but

Enjoyed the pool and large covered patio area next to the pool. The sunset was amazing.

The apartment is big in size and very comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent. And it has a good location, close to the best beaches of the area.

No coffee pot in room nor avlbl at site. Seems to be a very secure area but still, no access control...anyone (tenant or not) can walk right up to your door(¿¿). Went to FD for advice and clerk was somewhat rude (no greeting to begin with).

Rooms were filthy THE BLANKETS HAD BIG BURN HOLES FLOOR WAS DIRTY AND DINGY ROOM TOWEL WERE STAINED AND OLD DOORS WERE NOISY AND CREEKY AND SINK WAS LEAKING WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER COULD NOT KEAVE WE ARRIVED LATE CHECK IN SO HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO SLEEP awful

Please run place is a filthy smelly Dump.Do not go there.

There are no Security guarantees because there are no Guards at any time even when the access gates and all the doors inside the buildings remain open 24hrs.There is no hot water to shower or it does not work properly and the water service is intermittent

We loved the housekeeping staff! They were very helpful and sweet. Good location, nice views, and nice clean rooms.

Maps took us to a weird address. It was getting late and we were frustrated until we called the hotel and they told us to link directions from their Facebook page. It took us right there with no problem.
