The room

The way to get to it. They lost power and we were left in the dark and had no water for the bathroom. They were not well prepared this problem. We had a great room that we were not able to utilize.

First of all, the staff was absolutely incredible. My girlfriend and I still miss Omar and Jason amongst the other staff! Everyone was so accommodating and welcoming. We didn't want to leave :( We would absolutely go back and stay here again and hope to do so soon.

Overall everything was excellent. The only thing I could think of is that I was the bathroom was larger.

This was a return visit for us. We were very sad by the decline. Coffee maker outlet did not work. A leak inside by our front door kept the floor dangerously slippery. Breakfast was cold. And never more than 3 tables occupied. Front desk was apathetic to issues. Telephone pole directly in front of our unit obstructing our view. Low season so we could have been put in a different unit. No availability at the spa for massages either day we were there which was the reason for choosing a spa location in the jungle. The cost for two nights and 1 dinner was the same price we paid for a beautiful 2 story 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a pool top of a mountain with pacific view in Dominicalito. We will not return

The hotel is out of Uvita but peaceful with amazing views with a beautiful pool area making it so relaxing. We stayed in the suite overlooking the pool and it was so comfortable and spacious. We also couldn’t tear ourselves away from the delicious food at the restaurant!

Beaufiful setting, an oasis in the green mountains. Beautiful hiking, comfortable, great food, great night tour. Valeria and Omar were great hosts.

Everything was great and we had a wonderful time there ! We saw a lot of birds right from the balcony and the view was breathtaking with the infinity pool. The restaurant was also really nice and we ate for dinner there and it was delicious !Thanks again at the whole team !!

Shower was poor. Restaurant was expensive, although food was good.

Amazing view from the pool and a wonderful nature around the hotel. You are literally in the jungle. Several toucans are living around the hotel. Very nice cocktails and food. You do not want to leave the hotel. You can stay there a whole day.Try a hiking trail from the hotel.

This is a very special boutique hotel. A very romantic spot with incredible staff, amazing food and beautiful location.

The whole place is absolutely stunning. Set in the jungle, this secluded lodge feels like paradise. It doesn't try too hard and showcases the natural beauty and wildlife. You can walk through the jungle to the waterfalls and we did a night tour in the jungle around the hotel. It was one of the best tours we did and far better that the night tour we paid for somewhere else.The staff are incredibly helpful, but never in your face or too much. We went on a rather rough boat ride and I cricked my neck. Even though the spa was full, the team found a secluded place where a therapist could work on my neck and it was brilliant.The food is excellent and the drinks are great too. It's a very relaxing place and because it's small, there is a very friendly atmosphere among guests.We visited on our honeymoon and couldn't have wished for a better stay. I would return in a heartbeat.

I liked everything! The road up to the hotel is unmade, very steep and very potholled. They are not joking when they say you would need a 4 wheel drive to get here. We managed it fine, it was just very bumpy!

The setting and staff are wonderful and always think of the little details like providing cold water round the pool without having to ask for it and remembering guest names and orders etc

Amazing facilities with a proper jungle feel. Beautiful view from the infinity pool, conveniently located next to the bar. Staff were allover amazing and super accommodating and attentive. The restaurant is really nice, with high quality food and a nice variety. The bar offers a lot of selections, and premium spirits as well.

Not much could have been better, but a few small suggestions. In addition to the bathrobes, it would be nice to have slippers provided in the room. The toilet in the Mountain View Villa is really on the small end. Restaurant is a bit pricey, but that was kind of expected with this kind of location/standard/level of service.

We really loved Oxygen, we had the studio which was lovely overlooking the pool with a great balcony and view. The staff were great and really helpful and the restaurant was really nice. The pool has amazing views and we loved the bird watching your we did within the local area, so interesting.

We love here in Costa Rica and have had the chance to experience many properties. This immediately became one of our favorite of all! The facilities and villa were all high end and delivered the most romantic time! Thanks as well to the excellent service from all the staff, but in particular, Omar and Beatrice who made us feel special every moment of our stay!

I enjoyed the breakfast while sitting out and observing nature. The view was spectacular. I also enjoyed the room service during the night. The food was delicious. The room was setup wonderfully. I enjoyed staying in the villa and waking up to such a beautiful view.

Our stay was faultless. The staff were always available, friendly and professional as well as very knowledgable. The entire hotel, the rooms and the grounds were stunning, there is even a trail you can follow to spot wildlife. The restaurant and bar were brilliant, with exceptional food.

It was a perfect stay so there are no complaints. Given we went on the shoulder month, a hot tub would have been a bonus but the pool was an enjoyable temperature.

The combination of remote but comfortable.

Not knowing I needed 4×4 vehicle to get there

The view, the rooms were spectacular..luxury at its finest...the staff was very accommodating also

I was hoping to get a massage near the waterfall but unfortunately you can only do that in the summer because of the weather...there should be a notation on the website specifying this

The service is the best, the bartender have good service and facilities are exceptional

The suite is basic, the price room is not aligned with room
