Yuli Hotel

Beautiful place with an amazing restaurant. Super clean and near the beach and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

The setting of the hotel is very nice.

The parking is very limited, so if you don’t get there early, you have to park in an unattended and unlit dirt lot a few meters away. The room size is adequate however there’s nothing there show a guest how welcome you are!!! No complimentary water, NO TV, no coffee maker, no microwave, no mini fridge ( how would the accommodate someone diabetic)? The air conditioner worked very well. AND there was a small safe in the bottom of the closet. The rooms are situated around a courtyard style pool which is lovely, however there were people in the pool for hours , clearly drinking “something” and never exiting the pool so it leaves one leery to get into the pool. There was plenty of lounging chairs, umbrellas and small tables.The music playing in the restaurant from 2 pm until approximately 11 pm was pounding techno, and annoying. If you’re looking for tranquility it’s not there. There’s no room service until 7 am. Our car was blocked in (in an 6 car parking lot) and we needed to leave by 6:30 am, which was very inconvenient. In an emergency the situation would have been disaster.The walk to the beach is about 400 meters, be prepared for rough terrain. Lovely view of the ocean and lots of activity there.

Great location. Quiet, clean, great great staff that spoke English well. Beautiful landscaping and architecture. Food was great at restaurant.

Location was decent.

It smelled like sewage. The whole parking lot area and the room that I stayed in smells so awful like sewage. They told me that I should just shut my windows as a solution. So I did that and ran the air conditioning. They tried to hide the smell of the sewage by installing a strawberry scented fragrance in the bedroom, which made me feel quite ill upon arrival. When I brought this to their attention, they said they would consider a refund, but then completely ghosted me.

Nice hotel, clean room, very helpful staff. The pool was very nice.

The room was very small. I had no hot water and a lot of noise in the room, so I asked to change it, which they did for the next day, so it was resolved. The pillows were very thick and not very comfortable. My room was on the second floor with no elevator, so taking the suitcase up and down was quiet heavy.

Staff was really helpful. Checked me in early. AC in dorm was really nice. Room extra clean. Kitchen was clean with filtered water and also hot water instantly, really nice place.

Amazing large, spacious and modern room. The mattress is spectacular. Perfect location with a 3 minute walking distance from the parks main entrance. The restaurant is very good and has a great ambiance.

Not enough parking space. Cars are boxed in during the night because of other guests cars. If you have to leave early in the morning you’re stuck.Also our room had awful sound proofing. We could hear every single word our neighbors spoke and I’m pretty sure they heard us having sex, so that means walls are extremely thing and non sound insulated.

Wow. A hostel but with the standing of a good hotel. Never seen a shared bedroom with so much space and comfort - and the pool is amazing. 3mn from the Uvita beach and the Whale tail.

Location is really good, walking distance to the national park main entrance. It has a nice pool though the water was pretty warm. The bed was nice.

We booked a room with kitchen and it was just OK, no water heater, no cloths. The stove was useless, it took us a hour to boil water so consider this if you are planning to cook. There's not a lot of parking spaces so that might be an issue.

The staff at the office were very welcoming, attentive, polite and helpful. The location was great, short walk to the beach. Bathrooms were very spacious.Thanks Rene & Kevin!

The rooms are big and comfortable. The pool is nice too.

The check in was supposed to be at 2:00 pm but they let us waiting about 30 minutes even there were no guests waiting. There is no parking space for all guests. They use the space for the restaurant customers and you have to let your car outside.Part of the staff was using the hotel amenities instead of being attending the reception. The towels always seems to be dirty.The restaurant is too noisy (specially because of the music) in the night and is really difficult to get some rest.

We had a super nice stay at Yuli hotel. The hotel is spacious with a nice swimming pool. René was working during our stay, he was very friendly and liked a chat. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Best breakfast I had at a hotel in CR so far. Only cons is that the rooms was a bit humid and the additional bed was not as good as the main bed. Would come gain

Very nice property, clean, great location in front of the beach. The staff was super helpful, especially Kevin and Rene, they gave us lots of recommendations to plan our days in Uvita. the dormitory is also very clean and with private bathroom. The common kitchen has always coffee available and the hotel has also a very good restaurant (the pizza is a must try). Overall the hotel is absolutely recommended.

I thought the space was amazing and the staff were super friendly. The pool is nice, and the location is excellent. They also offer yoga classes at a good price for guests, which is a great bonus. However, if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people, it might be a bit challenging, as the social atmosphere isn't very strong
