Very good location. Quiite and very clean. Nice and very special design. Very good breakfast

Fully automated stay, you receive the codes for entrance and the room cards, and you're in. Place is modern, clean, has everything one could wish for. Probably the best place we had during our 6-day trip in northern Czechia. Parking the car is convenient and safe. Breakfast fabulous, in their parent hotel couple hundred meters away.

Windows or our room were onto the main street (city center), which wasn't very quiet during the late night hours.

Breakfast was good, location great and the self-service bar downstairs was a noce surprise when arriving late. Sauna world in the other hotel was also worth visiting.

Perfect breakfast, cozy accommodation and very good location, parking right next to the property.

Shower doors could beset better and bathroom vent didn't work.

Small disadvantage is that you need to go to the second hotel for the breakfast and other services, But this is not that big issue after all

Very good location with free parking. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast offered great quality and delicious food. Very helpful staff.

The double bed is made of two smaller beds - mattresses tend to separate during the night, creating a gap in between the mattresses. There is also no kettle in the room to make hot beverages.Unfortunately, if you don’t arrive early on breakfast, you might miss out on some items. On certain days, even though breakfast was supposed to run until 10:00, by 8:30 there was barely any food left to choose from.

Good shower and private parking for the hotel.

We came at the time we predicted, early in the afternoon, and no reservation desk was there. hotel was empty finally we got a message that the key is in a lock box. The room was located at the main roadside, so it was very noisy, including nights. Nothing was served in the room, no water bottles, and I asked for an electric kettle via booking, but no response was sent. Finally, since there was no one to check out. We still have an issue to pay.Finally this hotel is disappointing.

Great place. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. We like the place. Room was very big!

Couple of things to improve: -Cleanliness quite poor, we found a sock on the floor under the bed.-Comfort at night was quite bad because it was very loud from the street - cars passing like crazy, kebab opened on the other side of the street until late hour.

Very lovely place in the middle of Vrchalbi, perfect location for skiing and to explore very beautiful city and surroundings. Apartments were very big, comfortable and clean. I definately recommend it !

Central location, clean room with wooden floor, good breakfast

Surprised by the size and novelty of the spacious room. View into the elevated garden you can walk in. Also the breakfast were surprisingly rich.

the key management- it was a fail, I recieved some unsigned MMS with key password but I could not open it...this must be definitely be improved...
