The joke according to which this is a five star hotel.
Nobody helps you with the luggage if you don't ask repeatedly for help; is that a 5 star hotel?!! Parking arrangements are made by the customer (?!) with another company and therefore you lose time figuring out an awkward setup. The Casino is very loud.
