This accommodation was very close to CRL, which made our 5 am flight easier. The check-in process was also smooth so that was nice as well.

No big issues with the apartment. It has your basic necessities. Could probably use a deep clean.

The staff member (i.e., the female staffer) in the morning has a very bad attitude. I asked her about the shuttle service, and she stared at me with such disdain and impatience, it's just nasty.

Fairly close to the airport with parking right out front. The bedding was clean and fairly comfortable.

Property itself is a little tired inside, carpets need to be replaced. The furniture is rather old and dated in the rooms. When we booked, we saw that we were to have a fridge and kettle in the room. There was a fridge, but it was not working and stinky inside. There was a kettle, but no coffee no tea no mugs. Not sure what the point of the kettle was. The front staff were functional, but could hardly call them friendly. I found this rather expensive for what we got.

Carpets worn out. No shelf space in bathroom for toiletries. Refrigerator not working. not enough good food in the area. Felt I was in Damascus instead of Frankfurt.

Stained, dirty carpets in room. Narrow drapes that didn’t cover the room windows. Broken refrigerator. No shelving in bathroom for travel necessities.

Clean, comfortable, nice and friendly staff, good vibes sort of 70s bohemian, great coffee, excellent breakfast, very comfortable room, great shower. Airport shuttle very convenient and well priced. Great value, would stay again.

Room was lovely, bed very comfortable with nice linen and a fresh bathroom with a big shower was lovely at the end of our travel day

wifi in the second section of the hotel wasn't very good

The linens were nice . The bathroom was clean. The windows opened to the fresh air.

The property is divided into several buildings. To access the main building a person was required to walk through an open courtyard which was not secure from the streets. I was in building A. There were two different rooms with screaming men and women then sudden silence. Each room had several incidents of the screaming then crying out by the woman, then silence. I wrote to the property for advisement with no response.

It was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom!The room was a little hard to find, because it was in another building, but no problem.

They advertise a free airport shuttle, but it costs 10 Euros.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast (at extra but reasonable cost)

Stuff.\n Were very nice. That room was very big. It's enough for a family 5 person bathroom, very clean and big and it's very close to the airport breakfast was very nice. Also, there was no noise at night. It's a very good place for a family. The bed sheet and the towels were enough.And the clean

Clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. It’s very near to a forest too, if you end up having more time you can walk there! Good air conditioning in the lobby area, and you can hang out there comfortably.

The location of this place is a little deceptive. It’s 8 miles from the airport as the crow flies, but taking public transportation would take nearly an hour. We took an Uber and it was about 25 euros each way, which was cheaper than doing their airport shuttle at 10e per person (we were 3 people). (The Uber was also much cheaper than what the Taxis charged.) Took about 15 minutes driving. If I knew we’d spend 50e on Ubers, I probably would have booked closer to the airport.It’s in a very random industrial neighborhood, although seemed perfectly safe. Weirdly, there’s a surprinsgly decent Thai/Indian place one block away! The hotel offered breakfast and even a dinner buffet, but charges 25e per person. Maybe it was an amazing buffet, but that was a high price for our family. You can also walk to ice cream (20 min.) or the gas station mini mart (5 min.). Lastly, as others have mentioned, there’s a tea kettle but no mugs, tea, or coffee. And there’s a fake mini fridge that isn’t cold! LOL.

It was clean and the location was perfect for the airport and the parking was free.

Super nice staff, free parking, serene environment and only 13-min away from Frankfurt Airport.

The hotel is a not exactly an 'airport' hotel but it is not real far away (about 30 minutes). It can be reached by public transportation (bus #67) for 2.50 Euro from the airport bus terminal stop #22. There is also a taxi shuttle that runs between the hotel and airport every hour on the hour for 10.00 Euro. You need to reserve in advance but the taxi is perfect for a timely and convenient return to the airport.
