The overall customer care. The room was also decent. The location is great, though not close to the airport as I thought.

The elevator takes too long to open when you need to use it, so I often used the stairs, though I was on the 5th floor.

Nothing at all

We received the room in bad conditions, they don’t clean the room neither, only every 4 days. The breakfast is always empty and dirty, the only way to have good food is if you go at 7am (and the breakfast is until 10am), and there is no one there to complaint or asked for more food. The only good thing was the Italian restaurant at night, food was delicious and affordable. But we would never stay at this hotel again, NEVER.

The beds in the single room were extremely small, so much that when you turn you fall of the bed. There were no soaps even to wash you hand and no shampoo of some kind. There were too much noise at the hotel given that the area seems to be an industrial area.

Wonderful room; magnificent breakfast; good location; friendly staff; great parking.

I’m not sure if I was hacked or the hotel, but a few times I was asked to verify my cc details and booking.com confirmed that it was not sent by the hotel, so I just ignored the requests. This was minor through, since the hotel was a GREAT price and I loved everything about it.

Breakfast buffet was very good and relaxed. Hotel construction and cabinetry, room size, bed were all good.

Location sucked because it's an industrial park. It's not as close to the airport as it seems on the map therefore taxi is more expensive than I anticipated. It's basically being run down with poor maintenance (actually visibly ripped curtains, a detached towel rail fitting, the fridge removed entirely, no minibar items at all, no room service at all, no milk available for a cup of tea, and - get this - no functioning restaurant in the evening!). The check in process felt laborious and invasive. Having to grab a sandwich from a snack dispenser after a long day traveling, at a hotel with no nearby cafes or restaurants, was a very disappointing surprise. I couldn't even work the machine and the staff had to help me. It was actually quite humiliating being at this run down place. I travelled for 2 months to 8 EU states and Ukraine. This was by far the worst service I had, although it is not the fault of the staff employed there. In the advertisment on booking.com it shows and states that there is a restaurant. But there was no restaurant open, no kitchen working, not a single person in the large dining area when I arrived late evening. No room service. No minibar.

Close to Frankfurt Airport, Large comfortable room, quiet

Users of this hotel should be given the courtesy of a warning upon checkin that their open parking lot is a pay lot. After we returned home we received two notices of infraction (one for each night we stayed) for a total of 120 Euros plus 2x 35 Euros that our rental car company's service fee to supply our address to the parking manager. The parking agent claims we entered into a contract with them because they had signs at the lot entrance. Here is what happened. When we arrived at the hotel the proper parking entrance and much of the lot was taped off for some reason. The only access to the hotel doors to unload our luggage and checkin was through parking lot exit where there were no signs. We went straight to the hotel desk (actually more of a lecturn) where an attendant helped us use a computer touch screen to fill in our data, including our license plate. He saw that we had a car, but said nothing about a pay lot. There was no sign at the desk just as we saw nothing in the lot itself. Finally on the morning of departure, upon handing in our keys I asked the attendant if we had incurred any additional charges and he said there were none. Given that we had stayed in 11 prior hotels on this trip and each had been upfront about whether the parking was free or pay I certainly would expect better information and courtesy from an hotel bearing the Best Western name. Even attempts reach the hotel to clear up the matter failed. For example I made six attempts to called the hotel at various times and each time got a message that no staff was available with a rapid German email address I could not understand. Numerous attempts to call the parking agency all resulted in long German messages followed by hang-ups and my emails were answered with autoresponders that emails will not be answered. Unless this hotel does better in keeping its clients informed, it does not deserve the name of Best Western. The parking issues spoiled what had been a good impression of the...

Breakfast was ok. I am not fun of eating cold cuts in am, prefer better cheese selection and fruit. Coffee was great though.

Having a regular shuttle to the airport would be great. Taxi was very expensive for the short drive.

Niklas at check in was just phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The bathtub was quite high.

Location- is in industrial zone, and car parking cost 10Euros per day extra

Liked the breakfast. The room was good.

The extreme noice from trucks loading and unloading nearby until midnight or so.Having to pay for $28 for a shuttle. Next time I will book closer to the airport.

Dont stay here in the summer

It was like trying to sleep in an oven on a construction site next to a transport center that works through the night. Building lights shining in the windows, extremely noisy with construction work and all the workers hanging out in the parking lot and reception. Sun shining full in the room before we checked in, no airco, no fan and a hardly functioning ventilation system.

Well located for flight because we had car, staff was particularly helpful, room was clean and comfortable but no air conditioner.

7 night stay and the room was serviced ONCE.Smelly hallways and rooms.Room with balcony has no balcony furniture.Standing room only .Overpriced restaurant.Major construction projects in the immediate vicinity and many workers stay in this property.Not recommended.

The breakfast was stunning with a wide variety of cold and hot foods.

Upon our arrival, the receptionist briefly explained how to use the self check-in system. However, after approximately 15 minutes and several unsuccessful attempts, it became clear that we were having difficulties. Although she seemed aware of our struggles, she did not offer further assistance. Eventually, I had to approach her again to ask for help.

Value for money and nice conformable clean spacious rooms ,use to be nh hotel now converted ,parking should be free for guests

Nice room, good location, delicious breakfast. Easy to check in. You can park your car on the street for free.
