forget Reixac if going by train and head for Montcada Ripollet (change train at Sants if travelling from airport) Reixac station is a mile from hotel with no bus whilst taxis won¿t pick up there.

hotel technically 4* but access difficult up a rough path or steep hill from Montcada Ripollet train station which has hourly services to Barcelona Sants station ((at times half hourly but unreliable) where you can get train to BCN every half hour.

A decent level of furnishing and cleanliness. Pleasant double room with good facilities. A reasonable little eatery with minimal menu, but sufficient at a push.

Poorly located in what seemed to be a mainly industrial area, with unsavoury characters hanging around at all hours. We were provided with only one shower towel, and there were picture hooks on the wall in the room but no pictures.

No kettle in the room for hot water and needs to go down in the diningvto get hot water.Bath tub is fine and good to use however on our first day when we used the water won't drain. We reprted it in the reception on the day of our check out.

The bed was fine and the rooftop pool is nice.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial type area that feels rather rough (I didn't want my wife going out alone). There are no good restaurants nearby. The AC in the room is unable to get anywhere near the indicated temperature. The fridge in our room wasn't working. There was no bath despite the website indicating otherwise. The gym was incredible hot.

We especially loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. The breakfast was great. The food was fresh and there was a lot of variety. All of the staff are helpful and friendly.

The floor in the room was falling apart. Laminate was loose and unsafe.

Could net get to the roof to the swimming pool. Not to swim, but to enjoy the view.Not much Not to like

I had booked breakfast with my package,however when I went to have it ,there was nobrecord of the booking and was refused breakfast

I had booked my room with a hot tub,however. The hot tub did not function correctly ,the water jets did not work properly ,so I was unable to enjoy my hot tub during my stay. I complained to reception about this but they failed to repair it.

The facility was very modern, clean and spacious.The front desk ( Anita) was very helpful as we are from out of country and needed help getting to the airport.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very friendly in guiding about the tourist spots and train connections. The hotel is one of the best.

No electric kettle in the room for tea and coffee.

Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful, attentive and generally very kind. All are assets to the Hotel business. Location was out of town and commutable via efficient, fast public transport. Barcelona comprises the inner City and Outer Suburb Barcelona. A good place to visit with the pace of life slower

Good hotel ,I stayed before and rated ,but was deeply disappointed this time

Heating did not work ,no emergency plug in heater ,no option to change my room, was very cold and unpleasant

The staff are really friendly and nice and helpful the rooms are nice and comfortable I would definitely recommend staying here
