    Pros +

    • The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was not a problem. It was nice to have a balcony to sit on although there was only construction in view.
    • This was an absolutely unforgettable stay! ????The hotel felt so comfortable and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details from the cozy lounge area and children’s corner to the welcoming tea and coffee offered for guests arriving later. The interior is stunning, with so much attention to detail that it’s impossible to take your eyes off it.?Our room was spotless crisp white, freshly pressed linens, a spacious and perfectly clean bathroom, and natural bio toiletries with the most delicate, pleasant aromas. Everything felt fresh and cared for.The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to solve any request immediately with a smile. Their warmth really made us feel at home. And the breakfast… what a feast! It was more like a grand brunch: fresh muesli, fruits, vegetables, a variety of cold cuts, delicious fish, amazing Belgian pastries, cheeses, olives, and eggs prepared in every style you can imagine. The selection was outstanding, and everything was so fresh and flavorful.I could write endlessly about this place ❤️ I truly fell in love with it and can’t wait to return! ❤️❤️
    • On the ground floor of the hotel, there is a common area that is very family-friendly – it offers a variety of games for children of different ages. There’s also an honesty bar where you can get light drinks and snacks. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean, and there are plenty of entertainment options nearby. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away.

    Cons -

    • Lighting in bathroom was poor for grooming and applying makeup. This seems to be a trend. We had a kitchen but could not make coffee because the French press didn't have the plunger. Coffee available near the lobby, but in a room with a kitchen...
    • There is no coffee machine in the breakfast area
    • The restaurant on site was often closed and the menu was limited

Very modern and comfortable rooms! Perfect place to enjoy as couple or family. We enjoyed the ping pong and the darts and also the nearby padel courts. The hotel is 10 min from the promenade and the beach. The staff was very kind. There is an honesty bar and free coffee. The breakfast was fabulous! Great stay

Trolley avail to bring things from car park level to room, but two separate lifts have to be used.

It might just be my block of the building, but there was a bad drains smell in the bathroom. Huge room but table very small.

The rooms are great, very clean, and cosy with the bathroom in marble.

Even though the rooms were great, there were several things that really disappointed me.The spa is not included even if there are photos in the description. If it's not included it should be clearly stated like the breakfast. As a client I've never had to pay for parking before to stay in a hotel, not to count the parking I've left my car is not even covered against the weather, kind of far from the entrance and expensive. The directions to the room should be looked at. I wasn't the only one having trouble finding the room. The TV's are not smart so we couldn't watch Netflix or something.

Our apartment (number 5) was very modern and clean. Good size rooms with an excellent walk in shower. We liked the free coffee/tea in the morning and the wellness next door was great.

The electric charging for the car was not very good, but that was not at the hotel. It would have been useful if the hotel had its own charging station. The oven could have had a simple "How to use" sheet. The hotel is close to the beach but it is a 10 min walk - a little closer would have been nice.

The space in the rooms - brand new and terrace was south so we had nice light in the living room The breakfast was excellent - friendly service

Some finishing in the room maybe like a hanger for the coats- nothing major.

Fab hotel located just off the seafront and within half hour drive of Brugge. Staff were great, facilities lovely, and breakfast was good. Loved the honesty bar and great vibes all round.

A slight lack of signage to direct you around the hotel.

This hotel has spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, great connection if you are travelling by public transport. Enjoyed free parking just in front of the hotel. Probably great for families as there is a playground and swimming pool for extra charge.

For some reason, there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room. It was really tricky to understand where you can get hot drinks. There was a free coffee machine beside the reception, and it was not working one morning. It got fixed for next day.The pillow was too big for me with a crumbed filling inside but I was using a small one that was there.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice hotel with lots of things around the vicinity. With a secure carpark it is great for motorcycles as gives peace of mind.

Just need to have bigger dining as we were told we couldn't eat dinner when we checked in as fully booked unfortunately.

The truth - Acropolis hotelWe stayed at this hotel recently - what a big mistake! The “standard” room we booked was tiny, you could not stand up when you got out of bed, the ceiling is literally 1m above floor height! (See pic) You literally have to get on your hands knees to get into bed. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, there is a room next to the reception where you can get a drink but this room was never open. NO AIR-CONDITIONING the room was like an oven. This so called hotel does not even serve lunch or dinner! If you like to listen to tyres screeching all day and evening then stay here, there is a karting track right next door and the noise from this place is constant and deafening! I feel this so called hotel is in financial difficulty, there are unfinished rooms and rooms full of tired dirty furniture. The staff on reception are in need of training, they have developed a blame culture thus every problem is always someone else’s fault. There is a very obvious and unhealthy power struggle going on between reception staff, a woman we called Cruella for obvious reasons seems to be the bad apple here. As an HR Director this is where I would start if this hotel is to survive.

Side entrance not signposted well I came back late at night and spent 15 minutes trying to find it. No answer to the phone at that time. Also no iron in room.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The staff's English was very good which helped with communication! The hotel was nice and clean and located conveniently to restaurants, entertainment and the beach.

Large bed, bit hard though. Good size room. Parking. Breakfast was a fair selection, however, didn't like that it was €17.50 extra each.

Didn't feel it was as described at all, photos on the Booking.com page must be a few years old. Pool, gym, spa etc. are not part of the hotel, they are in a completely separate building a 5+ minute walk away! It doesn't say until you open up sections further, at the very bottom of the web page, that it is an additional charge and doesn't say that it isn't part of the hotel. Their booking.com page makes it sound like it is a Spa hotel, very sneakily detailed.Place is like a building site, with parts not open. No kettle for tea and coffee in the room, you have to go down to what must have been a lounge bar where a coffee machine and a kettle are available to use for free. Quite basic though and only 1 type of tea, ordinary, however I only drink decaffeinated so we used our own supplies. An honesty section of beer, wine, soft drinks, treats was available, you were given a form at reception on checkin to note what you used, the prices weren't too bad but we didn't use anything. Staff were friendly and welcoming, but everything just felt awkward. Bed may be good size but wasn't as comfy as it could be. Room very warm and only 1 window to open, a fan was left but even on the lowest setting it was clunky and noisy. There is a fridge in the room, but it isn't very cold, could be because it is in the shelved section of the wardrobe with no ventilation! You feel the heat from it as soon as you open the wardrobe, for safety it needs to be moved out or vented. We paid extra, €17.50 each, for breakfast, quite expensive compared with other places we stayed. It was a good selection.
