Hotel Sunroute Goshogawara

The onsen, the breakfast buffet, and the staff were the best part of the hotel experience. Parking can be daunting since the area is very cramped and small, but the security guard also parks the cars and does an exceptional job. I really liked how helpful the front desk people were too and the free amenities near the elevator.

The mattress is extra firm. My kids liked it but I prefer a softer mattress. Maybe if they had an extra blanket available to layer it I would find it perfect.

Great location and nice onsen bath. It's less than 10 minutes walk from Goshogawara Station and just around 5 minutes to Tachi Neputa Museum and Maruko Center.

I wish the pillow is more comfortable to use. And I couldn't connect my Ipad to the wifi. I only managed to connect the wifi to my smartphone.

Finally able to book a hotel in Goshogawara! The best decision to stay here. So peaceful even the Golden Week started. Never felt rush and enjoy the view the majestic Mt Iwaki at the restaurant. The onsen relieve your body pain from walking! The food is huge. Even extended my stay here at it closer to my destinations

The hot spring bathing was amazing. We were left to our own devices, the location of the hotel is right near the train station - perfect if you've been travelling all day. We slept well, the bed was very comfortable. The laundry room was very useful to us.

The toilet/bathroom within the room felt a little too small. The hairdryer was full of dust, but that seems to be common in most of the hotels we've stayed in. No other complaints.

A well-run, clean business hotel in a very convenient location. Everything was great, but two things exceeded by expectations: (1) The onsen bath, which I didn't realize the hotel had, when I booked! -- it was a wonderful surprise; and (2) That I could order a full dinner from the hotel's restaurant, and eat it in my room, which, as a solo traveler, was very convenient.

Excellent location, near the museum!

The AC was turned off so when we tried to turn on it would only give off heat. The window was also broken so it was very warm in the room (or the window had the opening capabilities removed, some hotels let you open others don't so not sure)
