Great staff. Rooms are spacious and clean, nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The food at the restaurant in general was absolutely Great. Too cold to play golf but we ll be back ?

The gym is a little small, but it seems like a very few people use it so it wasn’t a big deal.

Excellent overall, except for the invoicing process....

This is an update: I decreased the score from 10 to 7 because I had to waste a lot of time to get the invoice for my stay. The property constantly refused to issue the invoice (despite my repeated requests), justifying that Booking.com was processing the money. I had to write tons of emails to the property and to Booking.com, to waste time on endless phone calls and so on...Finally, the invoice came from the hotel, so the fault was on the property side and they are the ones causing me headaches.

The property was fine but checkout and resolution of overpayment has been terrible. They overcharged for: breakfast; taxes; and meals charged to my room that the hotel could not confirm I had ordered. Whilst they agreed the refund of almost €100 by email, it has not been made, despite constant email correspondence.

Beautiful tranquil setting, large spacious and modern rooms, excellent facilities.

Food and drink very expensive

Breakfast was good quality (but wasn’t restocked). Pool very nice. Hotel felt very new and fresh.

Staff very disappointing - lack of attentiveness and priority was given to French speaking guests over others. rooms were not cleaned properly. Breakfast buffet was not restocked during final 30 minutes. Wine was served in dirty glasses. Pillows and mattress uncomfortable. Woken up by a gardener using a chainsaw to prune the vegetation right outside my window. Ordering lunch by the pool was a fiasco.

Supper clean, great professional stuff, excellent management. We enjoyed it very much and will be back as soon as possible.

A little remote, no restaurants in the area

It is one of the best resorts around Paris. It worths every penny you paid.

I asked for normal late check out and they charged me 75 euros for it. It felt so cheap to have such a policy in hotel with this quality.

The food. Everything was awful. The meat, the potatoes, etc. I have never been in a worst place (food wise), on the flip side the staff was very good.

The staff is great, but Mr. Yves from the night shift went really above and beyond. We arrived almost 1 AM, starving, with kids, after a thunderstorm and no other hotel to go in a range of 30 km.Mr Yves prepared everything upfront, so that we would have a proper bedroom, hot meal, a comfortable place and a quick check in.All staff at this hotel is great, but Mr. Yves was concerned about us and made all possible to help us feel OK. It was almost like family.My deepest respect and thankfulness to Le Domaine des Vanneaux, for providing us the best welcome ever.

The breakfast was a little disappointing: sausages and potatoes arrived unfortunately cold, only 3 tiny sausages for 5 people. Then the pancakes came very late and we only got some of our coffees, 2 were forgotten!! Not very organised in the restaurant for breakfast but I think the staff were new or not experienced. The evening meal was great though. Different staff, much more organised and food served was hot and delicious.
