Very good breakfast, room was big, bed was comfortable

Very big and spacious room and bathroom. Very firm bed. Breakfast did not look like the photos. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

Had a quad room that was surprisingly spacious.Provides free amenities like microwave, clothes rack etc. ample car parking

Everything so old. Room smells Fanny even it’s clean. Air conditioning is loud.

The room is spacious and clean.The bed so comfy, i had really good sleep.

It is a bit far from the station than i thought which is taken around 15 min.However, to enter the lobby I found only the small stairs so we had to carry our luggages to enter the hotel.

The room is big and comfortable. Nice bathtub with bath salt provided for a relaxing time. The bathroom is big, onsen style.On site covered parking.

Need to carry large luggage down a few steps. No problem if luggage is light

Convenient location & good value. Room was really spacious, since it is older building with 70s interior. (I guess hotels had much more generous in space in old days...) Easy parking.

Building is rather old. Hotel was bit far from center of town if you walk to get to restaurants, etc.

The room is huge! Loved it. There's even a personal onsen with the room

The carpark ceiling is abit low.....just about right for a van.

Spacious room, nice staff, a decent location and view from the 8th floor.

Very old facility, not very clean (dusty and black mold on caulking in bathroom). We had a room with 4 beds, the largest of which was super firm. Breakfast was below average in quality. The elevator literally barely held my small family of 3 with our suitcases (1 suitcase each).

When I ask “ Don’t need to clean our room and to change the amenities because of environmental issues.” And they gave us 2 PTB bottles of water because of we did “eco-choice.” It has some difficulty to understand for me why they gave us PTB bottles …

Great location. The room was very spacious! The staff was also very nice, and it was nice having amenities by the elevator (extra pillows, humidifiers, etc.) free to take and use in our room.

The wi-fi connection wasn't very stable. I ended up using a lot of my phone data.

We got really good deal of breakfast and room space.They doing really good job of food quality and hygiene in this COVID period. Highly recommend this hotel and having the breakfast in there.I will go back and stay longer.

The size of the room was very large and comfortable.Good value for money.
