- We don’t speak Japanese so we were impressed with the staff that were bilingual and so helpful in explaining everything. Most appreciated! All the staff were very kind. The Biplane restaurant in the hotel was very good too. The man who assisted with parking was very friendly too.

Small rooms
Breakfast is good, we can chose Japanese or Western Breakfast. Location is in the city center, many restaurant and bar nearby. I also like Onsen with sauna. Hotel Car park is also convenient. Staff at the breakfast room was great with good service. She can speak good English and helpful.

Convenient location. The parking area (Y700) is close by and there is a parking attendant to help with directions.
The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious, with a view.

Delicious half-buffet breakfast with 4 options of set menu and free choice of salad, juice, etc. Helpful and friendly ladies speaking fluent English at front desk and breakfast venue. Close to the JR and bus stations. Nice onsen.

Overal a great hotel.
The wooden roof of the onsen has fungal growth. If have been to other onsens and hotels, they dont have this problem.
