The room is a bit small but they everything you need.

Overall, the property was clean and the family room is spacious. Both outdoor and indoor onset was a pleasant experience. Probably the best was the Buffet Breakfast with amazing view of the surrounding.

It was just a one night stay so did not managed to use all the facilities. The Japanese room was spacious enough for all 5 of us and best was that there was a private onsen in the room.

While the room was clean, the corridor outside the rooms was filled with cigarette smoke smell. So it was quite a put off once we got off the lift. Maybe the hotel should remind guests not to smoke around the area.

Hotel reception was very polite and helped us get us to the parking lot. The restaurant on the top floor is excellent and has a beautiful view. Breakfast was really good.

Hotel doesn't have a parking attached so if you have a lot of luggage like my family of 5 it was a little more challenge to unpack. Hotel is a little outdated and one of the restaurant on the 1st floor couldn't welcome our family because we have 2 little children with us.

Location

Rooms are small and dated. Elevators are frequently delayed and full due to limited capacity for size of hotel.

The large public bath is so nice.Great location and good value.

Will be perfect if the twin room can be bigger.

The hotel is located at the centre of the city, most of the popular restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. The restaurant is at the top floor, so it is a breakfast with a view. The onsen is also not to be missed, just follow the instructions.

The onsen lounge should come with complimentary drinks or snacks.

I stayed for 4 days and fully enjoyed the hot spring and spa services, which are reasonably priced. The location is great, walking distance to the station and plenty restaurants.

The breakfast is almost the same in 4Consecutive days while I stayed. The food is good. I can use some varieties.

Hotel was old but very well maintained. The onsen is fabulous, with multiple pools. I’m not sure but it seems that the indoor pools had moor onsen water the region is famous for.

The location is great, if one is taking public transportation such as the train. Unfortunately we drove and parking downtown is always a bit more of a hassle than in the e countryside. But that’s on me, nothing to do with the hotel.

For the price, we thought this place was amazing value. It is very close to the JR Station and all flat walking. We came early and they let us store our bags before check in. Front desk had a digital translator which was great to bridge the communication gap.The room had an antique feel. Carpet a bit old and worn yes, but slippers were provided. The breakfast was exceptional - heaps of choices and some English translations on the buffet. Onsen was enjoyable, if a bit confusing (see below) and the amenities provided were of good quality.

Onsen was confusing as we don't speak or read Japanese and we hadn't been to an onsen before. A small pamphlet provided at check-in with a translation of some of the how to signs already available in the bath would have been a nice touch.Soundproofing was okay. Traffic noise was non-existent however we could hear loud talking from the rooms next door. This did not proceed into the night so we were fine but could be an issue if you're unlucky with your neighbours.The angle of the shower head was awkward at both levels and sent water flying to the other side of the bath. Unable to adjust.

Good location, very central.Breakfast was really good as well. Large OnsenPrice is reasonable

Room are pretty small. A queen size bed for 2 people is not so really comfortable

Had a great stay here.Rooms are great and tight so they're well warmed.Loved the onsen/sento which offer two different rooms, one indoors and a second one with open roof.Breakfast was very enjoyable, for a excellent price.Very close to the station (less than five minutes walk distance).

Can't think of anything.Voluptuous guests may find the rooms a bit tight.

Has separate public bath for men and women. Car parking elevator was very energetic and efficient.

Well-located, a short walk from the train station, close to many places to eat. The indoor/outdoor onsen was very spacious, while the top floor breakfast not only offered a wide selection, but great views over the city.

The locking arrangement for using the washing machines & dryers, while doubtless well-intentioned, made doing the laundry a lot more hassle than normal. Also, unlike most other places we stayed, laundry powder wasn't automatically added to the machines.

Perfectly located, great Onsen with sauna in the basement, great breakfast with view from the last floor.

Rooms might need update already, great language barrier exists here (mostly nobody speaks)

Nice and friendly staff. The breakfast is tasty. The onsen is good experience.
