Clean, in general ok.

Air conditional is just blowing mildly cool air, the room was warm, can see many rooms need to open the windows during summer

Excellent location! I drove here but the station was very close. It's also right next to the night-life center of Obihiro if you want to go out, and there is a convenience store right across the street. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The mattress felt a little worn. It was noticibly sagging in one part, they need to do a better job of rotating the mattresses. Even so, I got a good night's sleep.

Great location and definitely great value for money! The parking is just past the hotel, park, and when you check out, ask for a ticket/QR code from the reception, which will drastically reduce the parking cost.There's loads of eateries just across the road from the hotel so there's something for everyone, and great prices too.

Great Location a 5 min walk from the train station. If you are driving they have parking but you will have to pay for parking of the parking. The hotel gives you a voucher to pay for half. Room was very spacious able to fit two large suitcases and still have space to move around.

Good business hotel steps away from Obihiro train station. There is a daily buffet breakfast option. The room was a good size with space for luggage. Beside the bed were all of the room lighting controls as well 2 power outlets and a USB port. There are 2 different kinds of pillow offered. And the TV is bi-lingual, offering the BBC World news channel.

The bed was really soft. The hotel does not have its own parking. There is a sign at the entrance with a list of nearby paid parking lots. Be aware, some of these parking lots do not have a maximum charge. Also, it being February and the city just having experienced above average snow fall, a few of the parking lots didn't have free spaces, despite the entry sign saying they did. Within a 10 minute walk radius there are parking lots for 550 yen for 24 hours.

Location was ok.

Being foreigners, we needed help from the hotel to make a phone reservation to a hotel 10 mins walk away. They said they cannot do so.We ended walking to a restaurant that was closed, although it was supposed to be open. By calling for us, we would not waste time and be able to plan for other options.This hotel seriously seriously needs MORE laundry machines. We had to wait till late to finish our laundry (close to midnight) and there were many others also just trying to use the machines.Plus the machines had a fixed rotation which means up to 2 hours just to do a load, of wash and dry. This prevents others from using. Using back the old separate wash and dryers with optional timings would have helped.This was the biggest trun off. As a result, had little rest during the short stay. Not impressed at all.

The room was comfortable, but a bit cramped (would have been nice if there were space for two chairs, rather than one. The biggest disappointment, however, was the smell of mold in the bathroom; use of some stronger detergent or disinfectant might fix the problem and provide a better overall experience.

Good location. Staff at check-in was very helpful. Room, pillows and bed were comfortable.

The room didn't feel or smell as clean as it should be. I wiped down the bathroom and there was body odour of previous guests. A proper clean and sanitization would not leave this odour.

Lots of services

I asked specifically for a no smoking room, they gave me a smoking room covered by tons of deodorant everywhere. I couldn't breathe for the chemicals. This place is to avoid absolutely if you are sensible to odors

The fan and a/c didn’t work at all. The room was so hot and stuffy. It was so hard to sleep and breath with it being so hot and the fan not working. Had the fan turned on we could have handled the crazy room heat better.

I’ve stayed here a couple times and it’s always been super pleasant and convenient. Close to the station and a bunch of restaurants, has a parking lot for ¥700/night if you can snag a spot. This time they even gave me some free alcohol and a box of curry as service

The pillows aren’t the most comfortable thing in the world, but they’re not that bad
