Great location, good sized room, good wifi, cleanliness

Good location but tough to get to restaurants if the ground is icy. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly, helpful, and professional. Good overall hotel but no fitness room or lunch/dinner. However, they have complementary afternoon wine, water, coffee, tea, and juice. Additionally they had excellent Vensison curry (half portion free and full portion an extra 500 yen). Served from 7:30-9pm daily. This very delicious and was what we had for dinner both nights here. Overall, would definitely stay here again. I believe excellent overall value for your money.

No onsen

The spaces in the room is good for 2 persons with open up luggage. There.is aircon in the room. The breakfast selection is specially curated and guest can choose. We had the Japanese breakfast which was exceptionally tasty and was just perfect. The parking is just next to the hotel which makes loading of luggage easy especially during rainy season.Guests get to choose the type of hair shampoo and conditioners, and extra pillow if needed. At the lounge on the ground floor, there is free drinks incl wines served and venison curry between7.30 to 9pm.

I am.not a family of carpets..it creates resistance to the luggage trolley. The decor.of hotel is quite dated, gives you the sense of living in an old.english hotel.

The room was a nice size and clean. The provided amenities were nice and of good quality. The staff was friendly and polite. The lobby was nice and clean. I did enjoy the free dinner of venison curry even if it was a small portion it was very tasty.

I didn't enjoy either breakfast meal and regret purchasing the breakfast for my two nights. The breakfast buffet was just OK. I had the steak meal box which while nicely presented I found the quality and temperature of the steak not to my liking. While my girlfriend enjoyed the shabu shabu she had. I did not like the eggs Benedict the following morning it was not at all like the eggs Benedict that is served in the states it was a whole soft boiled egg on english toast which I did not like at all. The rooms could use another updating I feel to look more modern but they were by no means in bad condition or unattractive. I feel the building could use a little touch up the outside as it looks somewhat old and the location is a little odd but not bad. I also think their smoking room could use a new vent or a vent to begin with as at times in the lobby there was a noticeable cigarette smell which as both myself and my girlfriend are not smokers was not pleasant to smell first thing when walking in.

The room was spacious enough and was clean. The laundromat was helpful for us. The hotel has a lounge that offers hot drinks and red wine. They also serve a small portion of venison curry at night. The breakfast was to die for. They offer 3 Japanese choices and a western one. We stayed for 3 nights so we tried all 3 versions of the Japanese breakfast. They were exceptional. Overall we were very happy with his hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Best hotel facilities we experienced in Hokkaido and by far the best value. Incredible breakfast - best in our month long tour of Japan. Wonderful staff. The toiletry amenities were top notch. Can’t fault this place. A little out of the way for city centre.

We got a higher floor no smoking room with Nice view of sun rise - facing east. Excellent choice of breakfast, plus buffet! I ordered sashimi set which out of my expectations was really good. I stayed for 2 nights, simply repeated my choice of breakfast for the next day. same to my husband, he repeatedly ordered for fillet steak breakfast. Lounge service, choice of bath salt & pillows are great!

Comes with many compliments services . Appreciate the varieties of sea salt n aroma essential oil selections n the drinks cum supper. Have enjoyed the stay

Nice classic Japanese hotel. The personnel always try to help despite the language barrier. Excellent service. The breakfast is exceptional.

It was our second time back at this hotel. Yes it’s slightly old, dated design but the staff was friendly, accommodative. They were genuinely proud of the hotel. Hotel had a shampoo bar; wine n small bits of food. They had a laudramat as well and fully equipped. Their breakfast? Included n wonderful to eat to start off your day. Lovely n would return

It was lucky that we managed to stay in a larger room. Other rooms was slightly smaller. Comfortable for 2 person still.

Room was very spacious for Japan. Great location with a beautiful view of the harbor. Great breakfast of your choice that is enhanced with a buffet.

I always wish it was easier to find vegetarian/vegan options across Japan.

My husband and I visited Hokkaido for 15 days. This was the last hotel of the trip. It is the best hotel in every aspect. There is attention to every detail including service. The breakfast is magnificent and very delicious. It is like staying in a five-star hotel at a very cheap price. We will definitely come back. We will tell our Thai friends to stay here too.

The staff speaks excellent English. The breakfast is very good and looks like a lunch! The bathroom is clean and spacious.

This was probably the best value hotel we had in our 16 nights in Japan. Breakfasts were amazing, staff were very helpful, free wine and parking.

If I am being picky our rooms was a little dated but lovely big comfy bed.
