Pros +
- The rooms are bigger than other hotels for this price, they have room theatre and room massage service offered, staffs are very helpful with providing what they can to help with the facilities flaws with their best effort, window has bug mesh to allow open window comfortably
- Great location, helpful staff.
- Low price but felt cheated after seeing the room and facilities.
Cons -
- No real AC (summer days above 23 are unbearable), the old room walls plastic smell was too much for me (it smelled like armpits to me), breakfast selection is poor, no outlets for 2 people with cellphone plus all the amenities needed to ventilate the room simultaneously.
- Breakfast quiet basic. Small room.
- Smells from rooms, stairs and everywhere in this hotel, maybe the carpet has issue. This hotel little far from the train station, I had to run to catch my train. Window doesn’t close properly so, you hear lots of noise, No AC, I was unable to sleep whole night. You should book somewhere else for a peaceful stay.

Ideal location in downtown Kushiro, close to the train station, the river, the entertainment district and a park. The rooms are cozy, if dated, and the breakfast is enough to satisfy you. Staff was warm and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet is rather bland. The hotel rooms, while cozy, are definitely beginning to show their age.
staff
loud music from near pub by midnight
Staff helpful breakfast good
Air conditioning didn't seem to work l used used a fan to cool the room down, the room was not sound proof
Location was reasonable. The price was incredibly affordable, so I can't complain about the room too much.
I booked a non-smoking room but the smell of smoke was so strong when I entered the room that I had to open the window. Also, there was an ashtray in the room. The room was really narrow and the bathtub a bit small, but deep.
Nice breakfast, nice and comfortable room for a very good price. the staff was very kind and always directly came if I had a question

Small cozy room, private bathroom with split system and a comfy bed. Had everything I needed for a short stay.

Friendly staff at reception.
