Comfort Hotel Kushiro

Breakfast is so so, location is the main point, only about 5 minutes walking distance from JR Station and bus terminal

Room and breakfast and location

Nothing that I didn’t like

Clean and easy to reach in town. Simple hotel.

Bit outdated but it’s clean and friendly staff.

location, parking, staff friendliness and responsiveness, cleanliness, breakfast included, coin laundry room

there weren't many drink choices for kids; no large bath

I really liked the parking solution

Kushiro is a very industrial town, with a low level of things of interest to see. This isn’t the hotels fault. The hotel is basic and fine. Low level of luxury, but you get a functional cheap room

Very clean, and seems like a new hotel. They had free breakfast, and some lounge access which is awesome. The location is close to the station, and didn't have any problems. The washing machine didn't have an auto insert for detergent, but there was a machine to buy it so it was alright I guess?

The car parking was a little complicated but I guess I cannot complain about that.

1. great location, next to train station and bus stop; 2. easy check in;

1. pricey, rivals Sapporo; 2. breakfast that's included lacking some of the advertised items such as egg!

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch -- especially given that the Dormy Inn charges 3,000 yen. Automatic check-in and check-out went relatively smoothly. The hotel was a very short walk from the Akan Bus stop near Kushiro Station.

The room was a bit noisy.

Convenient location close to station. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety of options. Staff were helpful when I had an issue with my rental car.

Overall a good hotel with clean rooms. Helpful staff. Breakfast is nothing fancy but it’s fine. Parking available on site. Plenty of options for food around the area.

A convenient location a few blocks from "downtown" and the river. The breakfast was ok for a business hotel. The parking was cheap and convenient.

In the (very small) room, the double bed had one side flush with the wall, so that one of us had to climb over the other to get to the bathroom at night.

The bed is comfortable , however the pillows were too thin .The location good. Breakfast is good. Staff were helpful.

Pillows not comfortable.

Great location - just a few minutes walk from the JR staion, car rental shop, and kushiro WASHOU market. The room was spacious enough for us to open both of the 28" suitcases. The breakfast was a surprise! Love the healthy options provided.

Multi storey parking, healthy breakfast.

Small room.

Great place to stay for a night or two. Very close to the station and facilities were adequate. Free breakfast was quite delicious.

Bathroom was small but typical of a Japanese capsule bathroom.

Close to station. Clean and comfortable.

Great location! Near to Kushiro train station and the bus station. Walking distance to many nearby restaurants. Nice breakfast!

Small bathroom but expected. Lack of storage space esp for 2 persons

Close to station and free big locker

Door between Hallway is thinSome kids and tourist keep yelling

The Breakfast was quite good and delicious. The Location of the Hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes walk.

Overall i do not have any negative comment for my stay. The Hotel staffs were very polite and helpful. When i request for a Air Purifier, they arranged for me immediately. This assistance had make me enjoy my Room Stay so much more comfortable.

the breakfast is good and will provide different option in everyday. can watch the sunrise in the room is great. Staff is nice.

just the car park may not very convenient but still good.
