Pros +
- Their hospitality, generosity, staff’s readiness to help.Breakfast , location, parking …everything’s great.
- Central location. Clean and comfortable
- Very modern hotel, with plenty of services. The room was small but convenient. It's 10/15-min walk to the train station.
Cons -
- Hard to remember
- They do not accept popular credit cards. This is a big problem as I had to go to the nearest ATM to pay and I paid extra fees because of this. Not fair.
- I was surprised that the staff at the front desk had no English, but it wasn't a big issue after all.

Lots of amenities provided including free access to laundry machines. Good location near lots of dining. Nicely updated room. Was able to plug my iPhone into the TV (with HDMI adapter) to watch my own content.
Parking lots are scattered in surrounding blocks and some are very difficult to maneuver in, due to the layout and the density of spots, even with a small keijidosha car. Only 3 laundry machines and they’re slow so if you want a chance at using one be prepared to wait or luck out on timing. Air conditioning is not user-selectable and hotel was in winter/heat mode despite it being over 20°C.
Breakfast good. Staff helpful. Good location for bridges, food and attractions.
Nothing. all good.
It’s in the convenient location, clean and the staffs are friendly.
The internet is very not stable… As i work remotely, it really made my life a bit difficult. The heater was too hot.
Room was petite but had everything you need. Amenities available outside with different pillow options also. Hotel provided salt for a bath. Bed was comfortable.
The heating was too warm so we had to crack the window but otherwise everything was good
Very clean room.Free food (soup).Near to lots of restaurants.More than the usual business hotel amenities (charging cables etc).Friendly staff.
It was way too hot in the room without a way to turn the heating down, I had to sleep naked without a blanket even though it was winter.A bit far off the station, about 15 minutes walking.
Staffs are exceptional and friendly.Check-in / Check-out is a breeze. There is even a kids corner where kids can play.Thank you so much for your hospitality!
