Good location, friendly staff, parking

No kettle in the room. I had to ask for another room as there was a big cockroach.

Away from the fireworks on new year's Eve was all I wanted and this was delivered.

There was no-one at the reception at 3pm. I had to check in OUTSIDE on the machine, because both the inside self check-in machines were out of order. There were people behind me who could have snatched my wallet or see my id details and this didn't feel safe at all. I was asked to pay again for the room although I had already paid online via booking.com and I couldn't do anything about it because there was no human there to help me.The room was fine but the water was just only lukewarm, and all night long there was a very loud ventilation noise that kept coming and going. Not the most comfortable night.

1. The hotel is very close to a bus stop and it is convenient to travel anywhere. 2. The hotel staffs are very friendly.3. The rooms are well organized in terms of necessary stuff. Overall, it is a good place for one night stay.

1. Two out of three self check-in machines do not work. 2. The rooms are big with respect to their temperature regulation system. The rooms are cold after keeping the temperature at 28°C. Suddenly it feels cold, or sometimes hot. 3. The bathrooms are small and we found a spider in our bathroom.

Easy and pleasant stay. Helpful staff. clean rooms.

No supermarkets or restaurants close by. Room next to the parking lot was a bit noisy at times.

Good breakfast, easy to access, electronic check in in entrance, managed to book in last minute and worked.

Just one lady receptionist . She can’t handle more than one person very slow service.

I expected bigger selection of food for breakfast.There was a seating area outside in front of our windows as our room was on the ground floor so we had to keep curtains closed. We stayed one night so it was OK but I can´t imagine doing this for longer stay.

Awful relation to the client.

My booking was canceled by administrators of the hotel in last moment because of some mistake with the price in their system. Nobody sent any notification about it / didn’t offer any solution. At 1.am at night I had to find another hotel and lay double price because of urgent booking.

We got what we expected.Expectacions were not high :).Calm area.Nice staff.

Location was a bit strange,but we know that it is close to highway and out of Berlin (on the outskirts of Berlin).The breakfast(12,90eur/person)was quite poor,no hot options(just boiled egg),not quality ham or salami,small selection of pastries.Bathroom was not clean properly.

Quiet place. Good for this money and short holiday.

When renting the room through bookin, it was written that breakfast was included, but breakfast was not included. The hotel is located in a slightly remote but quiet place. The female staff at the entrance could have been a little more friendly.

Your system outside the door is very difficult for those who do not speak a foreign language. There was no password to enter from the outer door. I did not receive detailed information in the email. There was a 4-digit password in the e-mail, but the door did not open. Then someone from inside came and opened the door. I recommend you to be sensitive about this issue.

The hotel was quiet at night. It's mostly used by people on work trips so there's no late night partying.

It's one of those hotels where you have to pass through a cloud of cigarette smoke at the entrance.You have to arrive early if you want a car park space.

This place far exceeded our expectations. We were expecting just another average B&B to "just stay overnight and continue the journey in the morning" kind of stuff, but we ended up enjoying our stay. Comfy beds, super clean, new, amazing shower. We got helluva nice sleep there! Highly recommend.

We could use a kettle to bowl some water in the room for the tea, but its okay you could get some tea from the wending machine in the lobby

More transport option and some room amenities like water heater, tea bags, and coffees sachet would be nice

There was no fridge in the room

Easy access, in South of Berlin, quiet, convenient, clean

This time the parking lot was full with trucks and transporters from building crews when I came back to hotel after 10PM. They took up a lot of space and I hardly found a space to park my car. Trucks should park somewhere else.

Friendly staffs, quiet area, clean room, good Wifi

easy reachable by car, but if you are without car there is no S-bahn around, bus must be used

The room is very clean

The room is too small. The hair dryer has heating issue.

Very easy check-in system. Even when arriving during the night, you are quickly at your room. There's plenty of parking space on the parking lot, or on the surrounding streets.
