ibis Berlin Dreilinden

Location.

Well is the same place that I payed half 6 years ago and each year the price is constanly growing.Nothing improved that could justify the constantly increasing prices. It looks exactly the same since 2019.Starting with this year the parking cost 5 euro / day and I don't understand why because all the time was free. Again a price that cannot be justified but someone considered that a good opportunity to be monetize.

The room was good for 1 night stay. The staff were nice and helpful. The price was okay for the location as it is faraway from Berlin but nearby the lake Wannsee.

The bathroom is small. Breakfast is very expensive. No restaurants or supermarkets nearby, we ordered a delivery for dinner. Only one bus takes to the train station.

Ibis hotels are good and clean as always

Admin at reception could not find our booking and refused to check-in. We asked if we could pay again, and next day figure out what happened with our reservation, but he refused again. It was late night, and we told, that we did not have any alternative. He said, that it is a problem of booking.com and we should call them or he would call a police. I asked him to call his manager. He refused. I told, that I will write Ibis about this situation. He changed his mind and and we paid again to stay at night. Next day we met manager, and received money back because we have paid for this room twice.

Night receptionist Ibrahim was outstanding.Bus to the airport from nearby.

No kettle or fridge in the room.

Everything you need, simple and basic. Good for a quick stop whilst driving through Germany. Dog friendly.

Everything a bit and old/outdated. Could do with a refresh. Dog fee is a bit expensive too.

Everything you would expect from Ibis, clean, simple, straightforward, but the room was bigger.

It was clean and tidy

The rate we booked at was £186 per room, we were charged £196 and made 2 separate cc card transactions ! We were then asked after we left via a message to pay a further charge claiming a room had not been paid for ! A real shame as it was clean and tidy but the staff where not helpful ( reception) and breakfast n

The open space

Poor bedding old room, reception staff lack of knowledge and management too was below Accor Hotels Standard. abrupt mannerism of manager while she was outside smoking with her colleague

Easy to reach from highway linking Berlin to Potsdam, Ibis standard, air conditioned, comfortable bed.

Relatively high price due to holiday weekend.

Gentleman working in evning was polite.

Stay wasn't as comfortable as other Ibis hotels we stay previous. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Been inform by women working in the morning that if we want them we should stay in the 5 * hotel.

Standard ibis quality, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, handy to an autobahn

Relatively unattractive area, amongst industrial buildings, Paying an extra 4 euro for parking seemed unnecessary, check in staff member not very friendly

Clean , comfy bed , aircon working, shower great ,good location ,stores, motorway, worth price for sure ? ?

Very budget hotel but all you need for a quick night sleep. Located by the highway, McDonald’s nearby ;) Just fine.

It’s clean and i could bring my cat with me. They have plenty if parking spaces at a good price

The room size so far and definitely the price was ok

Bathroom had a smell all the time and the daily cleaning is quiet unprofessional Th hotel location in a bit faraway and isolated, super super quiet place and absolutely nothing around you but McDonald's!!The worse to come .. the receptionist assigned my room for two other guests and suddenly I found 2 persons opening my room at night while am in !!! Which was very very scary and the next day when i wanted to file a complaint the receptionist told me its just a system mistake not ours !!!!!!!

Most of the staff was nice. Good breakfast, and cold beer. The breakfast staff was continuously cleaning, wiping down tables and the equipment.

Needs new hallway carpet. The digital sign spelled Did as Dit. I told the staff who said “it’s been like that for years, only Corporate can change it. “ If that’s is true, it looks bad on corporate. If not, that’s the second untruth he told us.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Super pleasant and kind. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and nice. We also appreciated that everything was clean. If we needed an extra towel or toiletries, it was no problem. If we wanted to sit in the lounge, there was someone there to get drinks and snacks. (To purchase) We appreciated all the amenities for a well priced hotel. The location was close to Potsdam, and to the local event we attended.

Nothing. It was great.

Location - Easy access to Berlin without the crazy prices. Not a luxury hotel but good for a night stop over.

Parking - paying 3 euros is annoying

Everything clean; allows late check-in and no need for in person check out.

a tea / coffee counter in the room would be great
