Hotel Bonverde (Wannsee-Hof)

Sorry but it was really dirty. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

The bathroom was smelly and not clean at all.Smell of paint in the room. Carpets were not secured to the floor.

A cheap hotel to stay couple of nights. The hotel was connected to the train station and also taxi and bus stops were right outside the door. There is a very nice coffee shop next to the hotel. Also a small market and some small restaurants next to the hotel. Lady from the hotel let us leave our luggage there before check-in, so we didn’t have to carry them with us.

The hotel doesn’t meet modern hotel standards. Very old-fashioned and needs some renovations. Clean enough, but there were stains on the floor carpet and dust and spider webs at rooms corners. Musty smell throughout the hotel. A bit unsafe feeling and no hotel staff 24/7. Guite a noisy place to stay, because of all the traffic.

The good connection to the local trains.

I liked the location it was right next to a lake & there were many great food places & stores next to it.

There was busses & train right there to take around the city.

Misleading photos, booked 3 double rooms (2 rooms were next to the station so trains disturbed us entire night, and one other room was too small and had broken shower & door)

Excellent hotel by the train station, clean rooms and easy access plus some good bars nearby.

Late check-in meant we had to phone them to get the key.

No parking facilities by hotel. No staff available for 24 hours check in.

The cost was good. The staff was nice.

This is an older place and can use some serious updating. It’s next to the train station which is convenient but a few shady characters outside. No troubles with them and the hotel is secure just lots of begging outside.

The location is very close to bus and train station (S-bahn) so it was convenient to move around. in addition, one restaurant and one kiosk were very nearby the hotel. smoking terrace is available within the hotel.

The location next to the train station and main road makes the place very noisy, specially with non isolating old windows. therefore it was also cold and the heating system wasn't strong enough. The bed wasn't comfortable. water in the shower kept on changing temperature so it wasn't possible to take a decent shower. The room is very small and has no table and a chair to put your laptop on. no fridge available, not in the room and not in a shared area.

Poor

It was above railway station. It was hot and we needed windows open and this made it very noisy. Description said breakfast included and we tried to find someone at property which was difficult. We eventually found a cleaner who advised there was no breakfast.

This was a nice hotel at Wannsee S-Bahn station. The room was clean and fine. The location is excellent for public transport access, or to explore the Wannsee area. There are good dining options nearby.

There was no hot water available in the morning. There is no breakfast or bar or any other services at this hotel. This wasn’t a problem for me, I’m just mentioning it for other travellers.

Bad

the room was not cleaned, sheets from previous guests, dirty bathroom, bin full of rubbish. I do not recommend

the room was definitely among the cheapest in the area, in a strategic position located next to the train station. probably for a person who travels by train it is convenient.

For those looking for a bit of rest after a trip it’s absurd to find a room above the train station, on booking they even wrote "lake view", the room had been booked with those characteristics. without air conditioning, we tried to stay with the windows open, but all night the noise from the station and the trains did not let us sleep at all.

Not much

No hot water, no receptionist sleeping 10 meters from a train track beds uncomfortable thought you were wee gonna break when you turned over, room just did’nt look or feel clean

Very helpful and friendly girl at reception. It is good value for the location.Spacious room with 3 beds.

It's all good, the location was very convenient.

The bathroom was not very nice, the toilet commode should be changed, which was room number 15.

The Hotel is right at the S Bahn Wannsee stop and there are places to eat and drink in the near. The receptionist was kind.

The shower holder was broken, so sometimes I would forget to hold it when I turned on the water. Not sure where I was supposed to leave the keys.......
