Location was inconvenient. Had to hold the shower door shut with my foot while showering. Electrical outlet disassembled on the bathroom counter

The room size was ok, the front of house staff Thomas was excellent, as well as the breakfast personnel who helped feed us at the start of the day. The quality and presentation and cleanliness of the food, and food area was excellent.

Car park was a bit run down.

Cheap, just outside Brussels. Lake to swim in. Bar open late.

The room was tiny. Had to walk sideways around the bed.

The toilet had no toilet seat and there was no shower soap. Also the room was not very cozy

Rooms are very small. The two single beds can rather be a double bed mattress

Excellent budget option for breaking up the journey to Germany, without having to pay Bruges prices. Conveniently just off the motorway and an hour from the Channel Tunnel. The rooms are small, but clean and have plenty of power sockets and bedside USB ports. The bar is basic and the food offering is even more basic, but you can sit outside and stroll around the little lake nearby. There is a motorway services a short walk from the hotel with a Friet Autentic (which is more than adequate for a quick meal).

You get what you pay for, but I can't really complain

Delicioush breakfast, nice localization, 30m from small lake, 10 minutes by car to Bruge, 15 minutes to see. Bar open till the far night. Prices ok.

Trash bin at bathroom was full after previous guest.

We liked how spacious the room was! It was clean and provided a decent overnight stay. The location was in a residential area which made it feel safe. We chose to stay at this hotel after our day out in Brugge and checked out to head to Gent for our 2 day weekend getaway from the Netherlands. The pillows could have been more firm, and we wished there was at least a shower curtain in the bathroom.

It accepts dogs, just off the motorway … breakfast was good and cute little beach area to walk our dog. Friendly staff and very convenient for a quick on the road overnight stop

There was a bit of mold round the shower so that needs sorting soon … I guess this happens over time . It was clean but this makes it look a bit dirty ! Small point but just being honest for those who stay. Room wasn’t massive but ok for one night

Location near highway and small lake is good. Personal gave me all informations that I needed. Parking near hotel is good and comfortable. Breakfast was good with narrower range of choice hams, cheeses or breads, but it does not matter, all was good and tasty.

Bed in my room was a bit higher, but it did not matter to me. Pillows were a bit thick and mattresses with springs were a bit uncomfotrable for me (other people may like it)

Staff were sound, room was good but pillow was the only thing I would complain about. For the price I would say it is definitely worth it.

Was quite tricky to find off the motorway

Buffet breakfast was basic but adequate, and items were replenished regularly. Double bed was more comfortable than it looked but only one pillow for each person (I took one with me after a friend's advice who had stayed there before). Room is not surprisingly fairly small, likewise the bathroom but the shower has good pressure and hot water. Bar/breakfast area was very clean and has a view of the lake, staff were very friendly and helpful.

A few more parking spaces would be useful.

Basic and clean, ideal for a quick overnight. This is the second time we have used this facility on our way to Calais.

For our stay there wasn't anything we disliked but not sure we would use for a longer stay as very basic.

Not recommended

Originally they told us 10euro for breakfast and then next day another employee that she was quite rude informed us that is 17€ per person. Also they charge 5€ for parking and we didn't have a spot eventually we had to park in the grass. Rooms are very dirty. There are spider webs inside the rooms. It is charged 20€ for a dog and I am wondering why, since they don't clean... Also very uncomfortable beds.

Pleasant

The staff could handed us three different keys and none worked! We were super tired and had to go to reception thre times.

Hotel staff was really helpful. Even though rooms were small, those were clean and comfortable.

Hotel was little far from public transport and it was not easy to find a taxi either.
