I liked very spacious room, very good cleanliness of the room, free parking place in front of the property.

Very basic equipment of the kitchenette.

Staff INCREDIBLE, woman and boy were educated, kind and servicial. They waited me a bit longer for the check-in. I had to drive 4h and they did wait me.I will come again 200%.

Nothing, all was perfect!

Seem straight forward gasthaus. Price should be little cheaper. Some modern renovation in the rooms. One few I've stayed that had a small laundry room. Wish came in handy. They had various drinks and snacks you could buy. Staff were helpful when approached

Hmm where do I begin. First it is a transit place for contractors! Constantly busy. I was placed on 3rd floor. Which meant very warm and muggy, since no a/c or even a fan. There was no elevator and 4 sets of 20+ steps each level. If you had injury or handicap, really tough to get to top 2 floors. Internet world come and go! Requested booster and got even worst, connect then disappear for hours. Then on Thursday, some was trying to cook in basically a hotel room, and set off the fire alarms. Took over an hour to resolve this. Wednesday had toilet that refused to flush. Had to use the trash can to add water to clean the toilet of waste. Last was at the very end of an German Industrial park. Means no restaurant, stores, no gas stations accessible by foot.

Start first with the best. Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful.I was pleasantly surprised at how good the breakfast was . Exceptional for a property in this category. Everything on the premises was super clean. It was a very quiet location, thought it was in an industrial area and could have been spooky at night if I had been out on my own, which I wasn't.

Though it is probably convenient for some ( a family on a road trip or employees of nearby businesses, of it was a bit out of the way for the people who were to pick me up for an event. I didn't know the area and thought it wouldn't matter. The room was adequately furnished. I liked the wide window that can be opened fully. I found the beds uncomfortably firm. Others may like that. Fortunately, as I was alone in a double room I could use one of the thick comforters as a makeshift mattress topper. The water in the bathroom was very hot. There was a sign saying that it had to run for a while to get to the right temperature but that didn't happen. I was either scalding or lukewarm.

The lock on the toilet got stuck and was hard to open again.

There was an alarmlight flashing in the room above ours. I called the number mentioned on the frontdoor but nobody answered. I think that its not okay.

Not clean and for family they gave us the room in the third floor and with children and luggage was too difficult to Handel

Asked for ground or first floor room because of our age & heavy luggage but told no lower floor rooms available (but we saw very few clients, even at breakfast) so were given 3rd floor (top) rooms. Free wi-fi assured but no wi-fi reception in our room. By time this was discovered reception had closed for the night.

The rooms are spacious, with a small kitchenette and a table. The place is clean, albeit not the most modern. Breakfast is absolutely spectacular. The location is not ideal for a city person but it is next to a large forest and they are extremely dog friendly (they left us bowls and treats in the room).

Excellent breakfast! Dog accepted.Seating outside for our group on a wine tour to share a bottle available from reception.The only inconvenience was third floor without a lift - 50 steps!

it wasn’t clean, no soap, shampoo, shower gel, in the morning staff was shouting very loudly and also they were knocking aggressively on doors (before checkout time) and even stepped in our room without waiting for permission and told us to be ready for checkout time. Highly inappropriate!

Rather an ugly building in an industrial zone of Hassloch - You need a car to get anywhere. Good breakfest.

Service / cost is absolutely great. Location and tidiness is also well maintained.

WiFi could be improved. In our room there was null coverage.

That my pet was not only allowed but welcomed. They had bowls and treats for my dog.The Reception very friendly. It was perfect as a place to rest while visiting the area.Although on the highest floor it was not extremely hot (temps reached 35° C that weekend!)

I wish there were more places to sit outside. There was no waste basket outside. so there was some rubbish laying around on Sunday morning. And I had no where to leave my dog's poo.

The hotel is very efficient. You get a clean room with a clean bathroom. Also, there is good closet spaceBreakfast is good, there is variety of food to select fromParking is free on the premises, and there is enough for all the guests

No air conditioned, not even a fan. In summer this has not become a mustAfter 20:00 the reception is closed and there is no one to contact in case you need

Great Staff and had everything set up for my dog. Was very nice! There is a big grassy area in the back so I could take my puppy out and let him run.There are also many trails in the forest nearby.

I missed a garbage can outside. I had nowhere to put my dog's waste. Maybe the possibility to eat breakfast outside so my puppy could have joined me.

Spacious appartment; clean and comfortable with kitchen. Shops closeby. Outstanding value for the money - we slept with 6 for 100 Euro or so.

You get what you pay for. One night stay on the way from UK to Croatia. Very quiet around in Sat evening. Can buy beer at the reception.

They serve a great breakfast and there is lots of parking space. Rooms are pretty spacious.

The room wasn't very quiet (next to the staircase) and one of the beds was extremely creaky.
