ART Hotel Grenzach-Wyhlen bei Basel

Very large rooms with a little kitchen. Location is good, just a few minutes away from the train station and a bus stop. You can get to Basel pretty quickly. Easy to park.

The breakfast times during weekdays are a little early (until 9 am).

Very comfortable, self check in, excellent for stop overs, people are friendly

Large room, good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking

Location

The croissant was very delicious and the room was nice. The shower could be cleaner and it could smell better. The water pressure is low and for us that’s something important. We are also used to bigger Swiss blankets. All in all we had a nice stay.

The staff member was so helpful when checking in. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable.

very comfortable and spacious room, clean, very good breakfast

like the breakfast like the staff like the location were perfect!

Room was very clean, breakfast convenient

Nothing special. You need 30 minutes to reach Basel downtown by public transportation.

highly recommended and staff members where very helpful my car had issues during my stay and the staff member has took me to the local garage to fixed it therefore I would definitely recommend and 100% stay in this hotel again on my next visit to the area, once again thank you for the staff members :)

everything and there was nothing I dislike

Room was clean, big and breakfast was good.

Location is very close to Basel in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and goes an extra mile to meet even the craziest requests. Special thanks to the breakfast ladies for early start even through the weekend ?

The hotel was conveniently located on our way back. The owner was very kind to come in person and open the door (we arrived after 22h). The room was more than spacious, it looked more like a large studio with a fully equipped kitchnette. Spotless clean, very comfortable and pleasant. Excellent beds! Bathroom was decent-size, equipped with all one would expect. Breakfast was plentiful, with a large array of ham&salami, veggies, yoghurts, flakes, juices, breads. Definitely to be considered as a stopover for next time.

Large roomComfortable bedsQuiet place

It was great . Very clean , tidy and comfortable.

Location and cleanliness

Bathroom spacious and clean

We had booked a standard double room with 1 big double bed and when we arrived we show that the room had 2 single beds. The personnel offered us a solution to move to another room, a room with two separate single beds, but it was not what we wanted. The booking mentioned that the room was equipped with air-conditioning but there was no A/R, only a floor standing electric fan. The room was very warm at night so we had to leave the windows open to get some air. It was located at the ground floor and having the windows open did not make us feel safe. Additionally, there was a lot of sound from cars and people passing by just outside.

Spacious family room, clean, comfortable. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Plenty parking space.

Location is more convenient than attractive.

Modern, large and comfortable room. Ours had a kitchenette with a large fridge. Bathroom equally recent and equipped with large shower. Comfy beds. The room was quiet as it was in the internal part of the structure. The front-facing ones may be a bit nosier as in front of the train station.Shops and restaurants in the immediate surroundings at walking distance. Train station just in front.

Staff was helpful and they set-up a late check-in (21hrs). However very little staff around, also for breakfast and for check-out. It misses a bit of human touch. For us it was fine however, as it was only a stop over and facilities were spot on.

very clean room, very spacious with a good kitchen area. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast

a bit outside of Basel.

Location - very close (right opposite ) to the railway station. Cleanliness - Very neat and clean.Rooms - Very spacious, with all facilities.Overall an excellent property to stay while for work in BASEL or leisure in GRENZACH

Breakfast - can have some more hot vegetarian options

Simple room but clean and practical. No frills hotel but perfect location. For the price absolutely perfect.
