The rooms in de hotel was clean and suitable for the price.

I stayed for 3 nights and the room only got cleaned 1x. (Towels, bed etc)

Staff was friendly

There was no hotel shuttle. I booked this hotel because it was showing free hotel shuttle.

Rooms were nice, location a bit further away but we didn't mind at all.

From the beginning we had trouble with one of the employees at the reception desk. I needed an invoice and he suggested that we will receive it at checkout, which I do not have a problem with. However while we were walking at the room I remembered that we are leaving early morning and went to reception to confirm if we can collect the invoice that day ( at this point I was speaking to another very nice girl at the reception). So he basically jumped in the conversation raising his voice 'I told you tomorrow, I told you tomorrow' waiving his hands. I did ask him, why is he being like this to which he additionally started being more loud and at this point the other employee had to tell him to leave and lower his voice. I am not sure what happened to cause such I reaction. I didn't want to bring more trouble at this point.

The room was lovely - we were given a large corner room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed for the month of January. There are not many restaurants within walking distance so this is not convenient.

Parking is a problem and, as mentioned above, the bar and restaurant were both closed.

THE HOTEL IS ABANDONED AND NOT OPEN!!!!!’ DO NOT BOOK! WE DISCOVERED THIS LAST NIGHT WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 10:30PM, DESPITE GETTING A BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND MESSAGES ABOUT CHECK IN YESTERDAY AFTERNOON ???????????

it was extremely dirty, a lot of broken things, broken elevator, € 150,- per/night per/room per/person is way to much for this hotel

The staff was friendly

In the room was very could, it took more than 12 hours to reach to an acceptable temperature. AC machine was very noisy. The ceiling of the bathroom had traces of water leaks

I had a lovely big room, very quiet and with a comfortable bed. I didn't eat in the hotel so I cannot comment. The bar staff were very friendly.

The only reservation I have is the location - it's a little bit ouit of the centre - but apart from that it's good value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

Quite far from city centre, about 30min bus ride. But bus station is just in front of hotel.

Heating system is very poor. Breakfast was horrible. very limited . room very small.

Front desk staff seemed uninterested and a bit disrespectful.Breakfast items did not get filled.Parking was a bit convoluted.

The room was nice but the tv was super small and the bed was not very comfortbale. It was also great that we could park outside on the main street for free.

Amazing comfertable beds, rooms were clean. Exceptional service and breakfast. Staff were very accommodating and let us check in early.

Convenient location

no sheet on bed, no face cloths, lights wouldn’t turn on, staff came into the room twice before check out time to clean it

There was no proper heating in the room, when we checked in, the remote control from the air conditioner was missing. When we turned it on, it was giving loud sounds so that we could keep it for a night, besides, the air conditioner needs cleaning - tons of dust inside, not good to breathe it in. The TV set is absolutely useless - we found only two channels that were working properly.It was also a big surprise to discover that the bar was closed in the evening - no leisure around this area.

Not much to like there

They give us two single beds even though we asked at the reception make sure it’s double bed. We went in the room and saw two single beds . Ceiling was full of splashed and stains . We called the reception and the guy reluctantly came and changed the room to a double bed room

Mobile network had poor signal inside the room (due to walls probably) and the wi-fi was not secured and had very low speed in the corners of the room.Aircon remote was missing the mode switch button so a technician had to come to switch to heating, but did not replace the remote. Aircon itself was old and made an annoying noise if the swing mode was on. But it did the job and kept the room warm during our stay.Tv had no signal so no channels.Shower temperature had very big fluctuations
