Euro Park Otel

The staff amazing, the bell boy , the bartender is the best

Front end staff kind a slow

Good location, clean rooms and the area, excellent breakfast please don’t forget to select it while booking, excellent staff

Every thing

Second time to stay at EuroPark, even though I arrived earlier than the check in time, the receptionist checked me in, the staff as always were very welcoming.

Nothing to mention

Great location nice place ppl are really friendly unprofessional

Nice and clean good location

The location is perfect, very close to the metrobus station, cafes and restaurants around

Nothing to mention

- Breakfast is ok.- I asked for an express laundry, it arrived in few hours.- we went to sleep one night and we slept! I’m trying to find anything positive.

- Lobby and elevators smelled most of time. - Bad coffee in the room and restaurant.- No coffee machine. Just instant bad coffee.- Corridors and long and too dark.- We had put the DONT disturb sign at the door and the laundry person knocked loudly 3 times!- Every time we tale a shower the water leaks in the bathroom and in the room itself from the glass partition.- To clean the leaked water that was a lot the house keeper arrived with a medium side towel and he used our bathroom sink to clean that towel (that’s a first in a hotel, even 3 stars.)- the fridge wasn’t working, we asked the maintenance. It wasn’t fixed.- After late dinner our key cards didn’t open the room door. My husband went down and had been told that if the extra of the same day is not covered, the entrance to the room is locked! Our extras that day were around 400 TL for laundry! Not acceptable in a 5 stars. They could charge the credit card for guarantee upon check in.- some furniture was old. The dresser chair wasn’t stable and moved backward. - the curtain is too narrow! Though the curtain rail is very long; apparently they wanted to minimize the curtain’s cost and had no problem if the guest suffers the light that enters the room early morning! - if you want to take notes or write something down, you have one cheap wrinkled paper.- cheap room facilities, system and untrained staff.

Location, facilities were good

Food is cold. Ordered Dinner, soup, meat, chips all cold. When asked about it took the whole plate, re heated it probably on a microwave brought it back. Made the chips worst and soggy. The way I knew it, took a bite from lamb chops and it was still there.

Every thing is perfect Near to metrobis station 1 minutes Near to mall and every thing Near to tuab expo

No thing

CleanNear to metrobusNot far from Jumhoreyat street

I could clearly hear my neighbor voice

Disappointing

My Room was an Executive room, and you expected it to be better, but awfully, all the noise was coming into the room from the surrounding rooms. If anyone spoke in other rooms, you heard it clearly in your room, and people were talking right past 2 am and prevent you from sleep.

Very convenient location and again very clean rooms friendly staff this is our usual good value for the price Hotel

I missed a bigger pillow and it was a bit noisy

Restaurant, lobby

Excellent decor , spacy room , great breakfast , great staff.

Location

This property needs real face left. It needs renovation and repairs. It does not project 5 star hotel. Internet needs to be installed in all of the property.

The room is spacious but far lower than a 5 star hotel

The hotel has contact with Turkish airline and the cancelled flights come directly to this hotel. Some nights in the middle of the night a group of people arrived and talk loudly. The stuff is not trained for a 5 star hotel. They don’t understand english very well. The location is in the middle of the road with lots of noise.

A nice looking hotel, with parking below. And big rooms.

That the door of the shower could not be closed properly, the door was stuck. The breakfast was extensive, but the quality of the items was not that good. You also have to pay 15 if you want to invite a lady to your room. And don't expect any help, if that lady is skreawing you financially..

It was clean, comfortable and close to a lot of eating places.

Some rooms towards the road can be noisy but what we requested a quiet room and ours was good.

Location comfort and staff.
