The rooms, cleanliness and comfort are at the right level.

Breakfast should have more options, as it was a bit weak in that aspect.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and there was a secure parking space available.

Very poor Wi-Fi everywhere (around 5.2 Mbps download and 0.5 Mbps upload). If you rely on the Internet and don’t have mobile data, I’d recommend choosing another place. Also, the power socket near the chair where I planned to work with my laptop wasn’t functioning — no electricity, no Wi-Fi.

It is a very clean hotel and very close to the metrobus station, ~5 min walk. It is one of the nice hotels in Beylikduzu area.

The restaurant staff was very very bad, non cooperative, they don't want to serve at all. Very very poor attitude. Reception staff was good and cooperative. Restaurant staff was so arrogant and non cooperative as if they don't get paid. They don't know english and neither they make any effort to accomodate the customer

Great hotel – very comfortable and definitely high European standard. Spacious, well-equipped rooms and top-level service. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The location is also a big plus – very close to the Tuyap Fair Center, which makes it a perfect choice for business travelers.

There was a small issue with the hotel Wi-Fi – I connected without problems, but the internet speed was very poor. I’m sure it could have been solved at the reception, but I was too tired to ask and just went to sleep.

Great value for the money. Not a luxurious hotel, but everything was spot-on. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for business purposes. If you are a tourist, watch for the Uber-taxi scammers!

The room facilities are all good and clean, but the air conditioning temperature is too high to adjust, but the small staff at their door is very good! Very polite!

Excellent hotel. The hotel is clean, which was the most important thing for me.The staff is kind.We had one problem, and Mr. Volkan at the reception made an effort to help us.Also, Gazi, the waiter at the restaurant, is a great person, very kind. He treated us to tea and cake before our trip.The hotel is in a great location if you are coming for business, such as attending conferences.It’s far from the city and all the landmarks.Be cautious with taxi drivers, as they are likely to scam you. Be especially careful when paying by card.

This hotel is 2 to 5 minutes walk from the nearest Metrobus station. It is very clean and the place is taken care of properly. I very much enjoyed my stay at this Hotel.

My room didn't have the best view of the town.

It was very clean and modern. Breakfast was included in the rate. There was parking available.

Breakfast starts at 8:00 am. It would have been nice to have an extra blanket and/or sheet in the room.

Transport to/from the airport was provided and I arrived very early. The hotel accommodated me when my brain was fried after 23 hours of flying, which is much appreciated. The breakfast was very good as well, lots of sausage, potatoes, greens, I felt at home with the food. The staff was also very helpful overall and the stay was a great value.

Other guests on my floor were often smoking in their rooms at every hour of the night even though the hotel is non-smoking. The smell came into the hallway, and then under the gap in my door to my room. I used towels to block it, but it would be great in the future if there were thick rubber seals under the door.

It's close from Tuyap but a little difficult to reach there.Hotel was clean and staffs are very kind.

Room air conditioner was not controlable. Temp was fixed and wind strength also fixed even I could change the figures from the controller.

Same breakfast every morning without to many of healthy food options.Poor food taste in the restaurant.Very very slow WiFi, most of the time its unusable. Quite noisy room, my room was facing the street.

There was no daylight in the room because the windows looked into the shopping mall - park outlet mall

The hotel is within walking distance of the fair, which is a big plus. There is also a big transport hub nearby, which is also a plus.

Breakfast was boring, the same stuff every day and there wasn't much to choose from. My AC unit had no cooling option, just a vent, which was super loud, but didn't do much for the heat. I couldn't imagine being there in the summer.
