Heraldic Room Hotel

Location is very good infront of Güzelyurt metrobüs dura¿¿, so it was perfect regarding transportation

One thing that it would have been better is the ventilation system, there was no windows in the room so it have been way more better if all rooms have windows for the sake of ventilation

The receptionist was unfriendly!There was no air-conditioner in my room just a fan!The temprature inside the room is warm and uncomfortable!

Big and quiet room, full-length mirror, double bed, a sink for washing dishes

The power outlet near the electric kettle didn't work so I couldn't rely on it to use my electric shaver near the mirror! There were no slippers in the room and I told the receptionist to bring one. The bathroom water outlet was a little clogged. The TV didn't work correctly and there was no available channel to watch!No Refrigerator

It was near the bus station. HavaIst Station is within 100 meter from the Hotel. Room was clean. Staff were helpful.

It was not a quiet room actually it was beside a busy road and there was noisy. Two room at the basement has weak air_conditioning.

THE WORST HOTEL STAY I HAD IN MY LIFE CONSIDERING I HAVE TRAVELLED FOR 30 YEARS

The description of the room says city view but when i got there they gave me a room at level minus 2 with no windows !!!!! The noise was also terrible. I asked the day receptionist to change my room as i was really panicking down there. To be fair he tried to help me as much as he could but he had no permission from his manager ( on the phone ) who wanted further payment. I was very tired so i took some sleeping tablets to try and forget until the morning. However i woke up after a few hours cause there was a family with a child that was making a lot of noise . I went to reception and asked for my room to be changed as i was really exhausted. The night receptionist was very abusive and even told me that he was not tired and it was not my problem if i was tired . He asked again for more money and even asked me why i was making it a big story to give them more money !!!!! It was around 4 in the morning by then and i was extremely exhausted so even tough it s very far from my style i said : 'f...g hotel '. The receptionist said that he would call the police ! He even said that in Turkey women cannot raise their voice with a man !!!!!! Finally the front desk manager came and he seemed like a nice person and said that if i wanted to go they would issue a refund. Unfortunately,even he deceived me cause booking,com tried to get a refund from them multiple times and they declined !!!! All this taking into consideration that i paid for 4 nights and i had to leave after a few hours in the middle of the night in an area in Istanbul that it s far from the center and that i was not familiar with . It is just beyond me how this kind of people can work with public ! I choose this hotel based on the good reviews but i honestly do not understand how they got them !!!!

It was awful.

It wasn't clean. And there was better vacant rooms that was better than the one they gave me. The walls were too thin an were not isolated so I could clearly hear other rooms sound and I couldn't sleep whole the night.

Location was Ok and hotel was also good but there was not breakfast... there must be breakfast too so that we can save our time to go other side for breakfast.

It is only on thing this hotel has no breakfast. They should think about it to provide breakfast including room rent.

Room size

No fridge, no air conditioning, no English channels on tv

The room i choose is comfy and big. And the balcony was huge and i just love it

There is nothing i dislike. Only wish the room cleaning done everyday instead of every two days. Or at least the changes of towel done daily.

The hotel staff and reception are uneducated and don't care about the customer's work. There was no hot water.

actually when i just arrived there is no electricity and the receptionist was very impolite and unprofessional

i canceled my stay and i changed it to a near hotel in there they waste my time for nothing and they overpriced

Was closed to the metro bus station and easy access.

They don't speak English also I have to ask them to clean my room.

The cleanliness of the place was impressive.

One of the receptionists was very difficult to deal with.

The person who was at the reception was really kind, he had all the facilities that he could provide and he had a very good attitude. You can say that Mr. Ahmed's help with the guests is very good. I will choose this hotel every time I want to come to Istanbul.
